"Very friendly and welcoming staff. We didn't need the kitchen for this trip, but it has a nearly full size fridge/freezer and a stove top with dishes, which is very nice. Rooftop view was great, parking was secure ($30 more, but a day in an open lot is $55), room was clean and had what we needed. Street noise can be heard at night (sirens, etc), but expected in the city. Appreciated being able to walk to Space Needle and Pike's Place for our very brief stay in Seattle!"

"Most of the staff was responsive and helpful, however, there was one young lady who seemed glued to her cell phone and asking her any questions seemed like an imposition. Otherwise the staff was friendly and supportive and the location was good for my meetings. The room was comfortable with good coffee maker and a hot water maker! I will book again."
