O hotel é bem localizado e a cama era muito confortável. Café da manhã simples não incluso na diária que optei não tomar. Serviço razoável. Pessoas despreparadas, funcionários da manutenção no elevador social, telefones dos quartos sem funcionar. Não voltaria a ficar.

Ótima localização, limpo, bom atendimento. O quarto é muito amplo e confortável, porém o banheiro é um pouco apertado. Apesar disso o chuveiro é maravilhoso.

Hotel muito bom e confortável, apenas achei o pessoal do restaurante um pouco estressado. Na hora do desjejum, como minha esposa estava com dores, só podiam servir o dela no quarto cobrando o valor total, mesmo eu já tendo pré pago a refeição

Em geral a estadia foi boa, bom apartamento e linda vista para a praia. Entretanto, o café da manhã é fraquíssimo, pouquíssimas opções e todos os dias ovos e salsicha. Incrível como um bom hotel tem um café da manhã tão insatisfatório. Enfim. Não pretendo retornar.

Atendeu bem as nossas necessidades

Muito boa localizaçao, destaque especial para a cama king e para o chuveiro super potente. Gostamos do atendimento na recepçao e no restaurante/cafe. O ponto negativo fica so por conta dos elevadores, que nao estavam em pleno funcionamento.

Uma sucessão de problemas !

Já tinha me hospedado nesse hotel e foi uma boa experiência, por isso retornei, porém na minha última estadia o hotel apresentou uma seria de problemas de manutenção não resolvidos. Na primeira noite nao conseguimos dormir em razão de uma trepidação com barulho no ar-condicionado que não conseguiram resolver, passei a noite em claro e tivemos de trocar de quarto. Já no segundo quarto o barulho era do vazamento na caixa acoplada do vaso sanitário, vazando e fazendo barulho o tempo todo. Apesar termos chamado pedindo o reparo, não fomos atendidos. Resultado: para conseguirmos dormir, tivemos de fechar o registro geral de água fria. A única coisa que salvou minha estadia, foi a simpatia da recepção., SOMENTE.

Poderia melhorar

O hotel é bem localizado, os quartos eram limpos, confortáveis e espaçosos. No geral, a equipe é bastante prestativa. Por outro lado, a gestão ficou a desejar. No check-in, demorou muito para liberar os apartamentos e o ar condicionado estava desligado, deixando o saguão muito abafado durante a espera. A manutenção na estrutura do quarto também é urgente: paredes já gastas, televisão com imagem ruim, controle remoto apresentando mal contato, lâmpadas queimadas, ramal não conseguia ligar para a recepção e o puxador do frigobar quebrado. A demora dos elevadores é outra novela, e o pior de tudo isso é que nem se deve à demanda de hóspedes, mas a um sistema operacional ineficiente (ex.: aperto o botão para chamar qualquer um dos quatro elevadores, mas ao invés de enviar o mais próximo, vem um que já está no caminho e parando em outros andares. Enquanto isso, os demais não saem do lugar, quando poderiam estar operando para suprir a demanda). Por fim, o restaurante não me agradou: no Café da Manhã o buffet é limitado e repetitivo e além de tudo, alguns itens não tinham boa aparência, como a salada de frutas e algo que parecia um escondidinho de carne. Inclusive, fui consumir um bolo coberto com canela e doce de leite e este último estava com um sabor que me lembrava mostarda; quando argumentei com um funcionário, ele me disse que era por conta da canela. Sinceramente, eu conheço o sabor do doce de leite com canela e não chega nem perto disso.

Estadia razoável para ruim: Primeiro o quarto estava com ar condicionado quebrado e não fazem a troca imediata. Só apenas depois da manutenção terem olhado tive que "implorar" para trocar de quarto. E no segundo quarto tinha uma reforma acontecendo no apartamento de cima e que fez barulho o dia todo.

Ótima opção de hospedagem

Ótima hotel. Ficaria um pouco melhor se fosse melhorada a iluminação do quarto, que é bem deficiente, sobretudo na parte das camas e cabeceiras. Café da manhã muito bom.
