Overall good. The pools were huge and great for kids. Breakfast is very good. They really need to fix the roads to the hotel. With all the resorts, I couldnā€™t believe how bad the roads are.

Terrible - big warning !!!

Terrible resort, do not go there! Broken door to apartment , broken door to balcony that was not possible to close, dirty apartment , used water bottles left in refrigerator , one small tv in bedroom, no tv at all in living room etc etc.

Issue #1 - The first room they provided had zero view of pool, ocean or even a coconut tree ā€¦ our view was the side of the adjacent building and the parking van lot in the building furthest away from pool and beach ā€¦ they did relocate us to a ocean view room in the building closest tot the beach which we appreciated. Issue #2 - the room key access panel had issues ā€¦ we had to ā€œrechargeā€ the room key 7 times in the first 2 of 3 days of our stay ā€¦ they eventually replaced the door lock at the end of the 2nd day of our stay Issue #3 - the booking room photos showed a kitchenette how zero utensils, dishware, or cookware were provided or available ā€¦ no microwave ā€¦ we are very disappointed we could not even make some coffee or toast .

Hotel decadente. Estrutura precisando de reforma urgente, precisamos trocar de apto pq a fechadura da porta nĆ£o funcionava, em seguida fomos surpreendidos por hĆ³spedes entrando no nosso quarto com o cartĆ£o com mesmo nĆŗmero de quarto, demoram de repor alimentos no cafĆ© da manhĆ£ e na janta, janta sem cafĆ© porque as mĆ”quinas de cafĆ© estavam quebradas, chaves desprogramavam sozinhas e ficava esperando 30 minutos, aguardando um Ćŗnico tĆ©cnico p/ vim abrir o apto. A qualidade do cafĆ© da manhĆ£ poderia ser bem melhor, considerando o preƧo da diĆ”ria. Vale comparar (benchmark) com outros hotĆ©is similares em Porto de Galinhas. A mercearia que vende produtos na entrada estava com problema de ar condicionado faz algum, sem uma soluĆ§Ć£o definitiva. No checkout pediram para eu ir ao restaurante para pegar a nota fiscal, no que me recusei. O pessoal nĆ£o computava os gastos com o Frigobar , eu tive que buscar na memĆ³ria o consumo de todos os dias da estadia. Finalmente, nĆ£o recebi uma nota fiscal ou RPS da estadia, disseram que isto seria responsabilidade da agĆŖncia. Algo novo para mim, que sempre viajo a trabalho. Enfim, nĆ£o me cabe voltar.

Bom hotel. Para considerar Resort precisam melhor. Na suĆ­te nĆ£o havia sinal de Internet, foi resolvido apĆ³s solicitado, com instalaĆ§Ć£o de um roteador. TĆ­nhamos Ć”gua mineral na geladeira, mas nĆ£o havia copos. Toalhas de banho e rosto bem desgastas(muito tempo de uso).

Minha estadia foi de razoĆ”vel para ruim, apartamento oferecia cozinha que nĆ£o possuĆ­a nenhum utensĆ­lio (prato, garfo, panela), sala que nĆ£o tem televisĆ£o, unica coisa que usei foi o quarto, porta do banheiro lotada de formiga, passei o tempo todo matando formigas (grandes), uma geladeira que nĆ£o tinha como usar, pois estava lotada de produtos para serem vendidos, o condomĆ­nio na sua parte externa era bonito, piscinas bonitas, mas o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ tambĆ©m nĆ£o agradou, a praia de Muro Alto sem comentĆ”rios muito bonita.
