Finding that the photos posted of the properties we are staying at are probably at least 10 years out of date. I recognize that these are budget accommodations but the photos should be representative of the condition of property as it is currently. The staff at Sambura went the extra mile. The same can't be said of Expedia

Hotel com falta de manutenção e deteriorado. Elevadores não funcionaram em nenhum momento da estadia. Quartos limpos mas banheiro deteriorado com agua empossada no banho sem fluxo para o ralo. Ar condicionado muito barulhento.

Potencial desperdiçado.

O hotel fica de frente pro mar e o andar do restaurante tem janelas grandes com boa visibilidade no grande salão. Os benefícios param por aí. * o quarto tem manchas escuras de alta umidade. * o quarto é cheio de gambiarras elétricas, um exemplo é que existe um interruptor do lado do chuveiro que liga a corrente elétrica para o mesmo. * ar condicionado barulhento e em mau funcionamento. * geladeira gela bem mas tem manchas de corrosão e/ou sujeira nem sei dizer. * as toalhas e roupas de cama estão manchadas e são desconfortáveis de usar. * o chuveiro jorra água para todos os lados e é ou gelado ou queimando você. Além de não ter coragem de pisar no box sem chinelo. * não tem toalha pra secar a mão e nem apoio para seus itens no boxes pra além de uma saboneteira velha. * o vaso sanitário tem um assento desconfortável e que machuca as coxas e a bunda. * Tudo tem cheiro de velho e parece mal conservado fora do quarto. * o tal do “estacionamento” é um terreno adjacente cheio de coco de animal espalhado pelo chão. E que alguém precisa abrir pra você passar sempre que quiser tirar/guardar o carro. * o café da manhã não tem um resguardo adequado contra mosca/bichos/poeira. Também não foi lá essas coisas de saboroso não, estava de ok pra ruim. Não recomendo mesmo com baixo orçamento pois achei o custo alto pelo “valor” entregue.

Venho expressar minha insatisfação com minha estadia no samburá, no período de [25/01]. Durante minha permanência, enfrentei diversos problemas que considero inaceitáveis: Toalhas em péssimas condições, inadequadas para uso. Falta de telefones nos quartos, dificultando a comunicação com a recepção e comprometendo a segurança. Cobrança no cartão de crédito feita na função débito, mesmo após eu solicitar claramente que fosse no crédito. Atendimento frio e desinteressado por parte da equipe, sem preocupação em solucionar os problemas relatados. A experiência ficou muito aquém do esperado, e peço que as questões mencionadas sejam tratadas com seriedade. Aguardo um retorno e a possível compensação pelos transtornos causados.
