Já havia ficado há três anos, por isso escolhi. Mas dessa vez nem parecia o mesmo lugar. Péssima conservação, sujo, café da manhã insatisfatório. O que salva são os funcionários, muito educados e cordiais. Reservei duas diárias, mas saí na manhã seguinte. Não tinha condições de continuar, tampa de vaso quebrada, box com cabelo, chão colando, ar condicionado que não gelava, cheio de sujeira dentro. Os recepcionistas ofereceram outro quarto, mas decidimos não ficar, pois era tudo muito ruim. Estamos aguardando o reembolso por parte do Hotel. O Hotel informou que a Hotéis.com que reembolsa. Estamos aguardando o impasse.

O Hotel esta localizado em uma região muito privilegiada, café da manha básico sem muitas alterações, acomodações confortáveis, equipados com ar condicionado e frigobar, estacionamento em frente com poucas vagas mas tranquilo, Infelizmente tive contratempo em relação ao quarto, porta danificada, conserto inadequado o que fez com que trocasse de quarto por conta da queda da moldura da porta, impossibilitando seu fechamento. Existe varias portas nesta situação, havia visto isso em outra avaliação feita, achei que como se passaram tempo, já teriam resolvido. Pela primeira vez, verifiquei que fita de fechar caixa também pode ser usada para conserto de porta!!!! Talvez seja concorrente da Silver Tape, mas brincadeiras a parte, precisam melhorar!!!!

Estadia razoável, o hotel está com instalações que precisam melhorar, por exemplo as portas dos quartos. O hotel também não oferece kit de banho avulso (sabonete, shampoo etc). Tem na parede dentro do box, porém deixa a desejar na qualidade. Senti que ao ligar o ar condicionado do quarto, subiu um cheiro muito forte de poeira. Precisei trocar os travesseiros para opc3oes mais baixas e confortáveis e a equipe da noite prontamente me ajudou e resolveu. O café da manhã é simples e com poucas opções, se gostar de comer bem de manhã, será um problema. De forma geral a minha avaliação é nota 6,0, um pouco abaixo da média mas que pode melhorar alguns pontos e tornar a experiência melhor.

O hotel é bem simples. No café na manhã poucas opções, não tinha sanduicheira para esquentar o pão, ao invés de manteiga era margarina. Não voltaria. Pelo valor poderiam tentar seguir o padrão ibis, que em geral é uma estadia mais simples, porém sem perder a qualidade.
