Localização é boa, mas não é tudo!
A acomodação é boa, porém há alguns pontos que precisam serem melhorados na estadia urgente:
1. O anúncio fala que é um flat e dá a sensação de que é gerenciado pelo próprio hotel, mas não é!
2. O ATENDIMENTO da maioria dos funcionários é HORRÍVEL, com exceção de duas recepcionistas, um porteiro e uma zeladora que vou evitar informar os nomes por questão ética.
3. Se eu quiser limpeza no flat (quarto), preciso pagar, sinceramente achei isso um absurdo pois já deveria estar incluso no pacote.
4. A cama é excelente, mas, o ar-condicionado além de estar muito sujo estava precisando de uma boa manutenção pois fazia uns ruídos no funcionamento.
5. Voltando a falar sobre limpeza, nem um sabonete/shampoo/condicionador (daqueles pequenos) foi disponibilizado, eu particularmente fui pego de surpresa.
6. No anúncio falava que o cancelamento era grátis até uma data específica e pagamento somente no local, mas após a reserva fui obrigado a pagar 50% do valor para 'garantir' o quarto. Mas em outras acomodações não funciona assim.
Em resumo, a localização é legal. Mas estes pontos que citei me faria pensar se voltaria no local novamente.

O anúncio do flat no Hoteis.com não é claro. Não dá para saber que o flat pertence a um investidor e que os serviços de limpeza e manutenção são limitados. Não fazem limpeza diária. Tivemos que solicitar a limpeza, mas mesmo assim, não trocaram as toalhas e não repuseram papel higiênico. Além disso, havia um vazamento da área de banho que encharcava a toalha de piso, a ponto de termos que torcê-la para retirar o excesso de água.
Não gostamos da experiência de estarmos num hotel e não contarmos com serviços disponíveis

Opinião
Flat com cama muito boa e grande. A localização também boa. Tive problemas com o apt, mas solucionados a tempo, como o ar-condicionado que pingou muita água, mas o dono atendeu ao meu pedido e contratou alguém para consertar no terceiro dia. Fora isso, apenas a incoveniência de barulho, do apt ao lado, que estava em reforma, e por dois dos oito dias, e cedo da manhã, muita sujeira e pancada. O WiFI de lá foi o único problema não resolvido. Péssimo...
O café da manhã do hotel é bom, mas caro para o que oferece, R$30 por pessoa. O almoço também, mas ainda mais caro, já que é À La Carte.
