O hotel é bem localizado e limpo. Porém as camas são super desconfortáveis e muito pequenas. Ponto positivo além da boa localização, funcionários cordiais do hotel. Ponto negativo: a gerente do restaurante super mal educada, tratando os funcionários super mal, gritando e reclamando com eles na frente dos hóspedes e sempre com cara feia e resmungando. Achei ela de uma falta de educação ímpar! E os funcionários do restaurante super gentis e educados. Fomos reclamar na recepção sobre isso, mas fomos informados que o restaurante era terceirizado. No mais, se for uma estadia breve; vale a pena!

Equipe da recepção maravilhosa! Super atenciosos, receptivos, educados. Os dois recepcionistas que nos receberam no dia 31/10/25 por volta do meio dia, e o senhor que estava no dia 01/11 também no mesmo horário, foram maravilhosos! Nota mil! Um atendimento realmente diferenciado. Parabéns! Apartamento pequeno, mas com banheiro espaçoso e tudo bem limpinho. Lençol muito fino. Café da manhã bem básico. Salada de frutas cheia de uva passa, bolos secos e pães duros. O atendimento no café da manhã por parte dos funcionários, muito bom. Eva e Marcela muito atenciosas. Comida do restaurante muito ruim. Se quer consegui comer o risoto de frutos do mar. Parecia risoto de queijo com frutos do mar... Mini camarões e pedaços de tentáculos de polvo muito duros. Risoto ruim. As crianças também não gostaram do frango a parmegiana. Batata frita mole e oleosa... Bem ruim mesmo. Não vale a pena a comodidade. Área da piscina ok, apesar da água suja da piscina. Não estava cristalina. Mas os banheiros super cheirosos e limpos e a área da academia, área kids ( tem uns livros, mini cozinha, mini mesinha bem lindos), muito boas! Funcionário do Vallet bem grosseiro e mal educado (dia 01/11 por volta das 12h). Os quartos não tem secador de cabelo, mas a recepção empresta (secador bem fraco...) Reserva com criança, por a criança ser cortesia, não tem cama extra. Tem que dormir com os pais na cama de casal. Camareira do 8° andar muito caprichosa. Localização muito boa! rip

A posição do ar condicionado no quarto era inadequada pois vinha direto em cima da cama e por não ter isolamento acústico, devido à localização do quarto e do hotel, escutava muito barulho de moto e de pessoas na rua.
