Esta sercas de la catedral es lo bueno y lo malo q duramos horas sin agua y ademas no contana con agua calinte cuando la temperatura era de de -1 grado centigrado

Muy bonita vista desde el hotel y suficiente agua caliente. Sin embargo la recámara número 16 es extremadamente fría para el invierno. Las noches estaban a menos un grado centigrados y el viento frío se cuela por la ventana y por la puerta, la recámara es helada. Me pareció caro para la calidad de la habitación.

La puerta de acceso estaba mal y todo el aire se colaba por lo que la habitación es muy fría, el cancel del baño estaba mal colocado por lo que no cerraba.

Falta de información

Cuarto pequeñito. Caro. El Restaurante no daba servicio. Desde donde te deja el camión (entrada a Real de Catorce) está muy lejos el hotel y no hay transporte para los huéspedes hubo que caminar hasta el otro lado del pueblo con calles empedradas, subidas y bajadas, fue agotador llegar y más con un acompañante en situación de minusvalía.

Buena atención del personal, pero lo malo es que está cerca de un establo, huele feo y esta lleno de moscas, el internet no es bueno y en la tele solo hay tres canales locales; en la regadera la cortina no llega hasta el piso y se encharca todo el baño; la ventana no se podía abrir.
