"We chose this home based upon the location and the pictures. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed in the overall appearance of the gounds. It was definitely more run down than the pictures portrayed. The entire complex needs some paint and lots of TLC. We rented the car and was very convenient for us only 5-10 minute drive to the local markets, beach and restaurants.
