This fully equipped, 100 mÂČ detached villa boasts a sea view and a 350 mÂČ fully enclosed, tree-lined garden, ideal for families, children, or pets.

Located in the lower part of the village of Rayol, the house enjoys an exceptional location: everything is within walking distance. The beaches are just 50 meters away, and local shops (pharmacy, newsagent, bakery, pastry shop, butcher, supermarket) are only 200 meters away. You can fully enjoy your vacation without having to drive.

For a comfortable stay, Wi-Fi is included, sheets and towels are provided, beds are made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included: all you have to do is unpack your bags.

Such a nice stay in a great place

If there are better places to stay on the med in france I would love to hear about them. Rayol is unique in that it is stunning and not busy even in August. The house was perfect location

Great stay, thank you

This is a pretty house in an excellent location and Anne was friendly and helpful. On our arrival it was clean and pleasant, and everything worked perfectly (oven, fridge, shutters etc).The property is just behind Rayol beach and a short walk ip the hill to the shops. The bedrooms are very small but we liked them because you can sleep with your windows open in hot weather, and they have a pleasant outlook. The living room and little garden are pleasant to sit in and cool enough in the heat.The Bailli de Suffren is quite obtrusive in the view and does overlook the house - in case this would bother you. We did not mind because the other half of the view is so pretty and we liked being so near to everything. You need to be able to carry luggage & shopping a short distance and up an outside staircase, to where the house is situated. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would happily return.

Maison agrĂ©able et propre, situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© de la plage.Elle n'est pas adaptĂ©e aux personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite. L’accĂšs Ă  la maison se fait uniquement par des escaliers (au moins une vingtaine de marches). L’équipement de la cuisine et de la maison est trĂšs rudimentaire, tant en qualitĂ© qu'en quantitĂ©. Les chaises de jardin sont en fin de vie et peu confortables ! C'est une trĂšs belle maison avec une belle vue, mais elle manque de confort pour une maison proposĂ©e Ă  ce niveau de prix.

Magnifique coin de paradis

Emplacement idĂ©al pour cette jolie maison Ă  deux pas de la plage en descendant un magnifique escalier bordĂ© de cyprĂšs. Bien Ă©quipĂ©e, les chambres ainsi que le canapĂ© lit sont confortables. Un jardin trĂšs bien entretenu avec des plantes variĂ©es nous a enchantĂ©s par ses effluves. Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas dehors avec vue sur la mer (malgrĂ© l’hĂŽtel en contre bas). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Bel endroit reposant et vue magnifique

TrĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour entre noel et le jour de l’an avec nos proches dans la maison clair de lune situĂ©e en bas du vallon du Rayol avec la petite plage en bas de la maison. Joli jardin et maison facile Ă  vivre avec une belle vue sur la mer. TrĂšs sympathique contact avec la propriĂ©taire.

Wunderschöne Villa am Strand

Wir bedanken uns sehr dafĂŒr zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbringen zu dĂŒrfen. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und besticht durch seine NĂ€he zum Strand sowie den wundervollen Meerblick, den wir besonders morgen mit einem Kaffee auf der Eingangstreppe genossen haben. Rayo verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen BĂ€cker, Supermarkt, Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der nĂ€chste große Supermarkt ist 10min entfernt.Eine Fahrradtrasse lĂ€dt zum fahren oder wandern entlang der KĂŒste ein. Das Meer befindet sich unterhalb des Jahres und ist ĂŒber drei Treppen zu erreichen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und danken Anne fĂŒr Ihre Gastfreundschaft. Merci !

Schönes Haus am Meer

Das Haus ist sehr schön und liegt 100m vom Meer am Strand von Rayol, der nicht zu voll ist. Leider liegt direkt vor dem Haus ein großes Luxushotel mit vor allem morgenlichen Anlieferverkehr und entsprechendem LĂ€rm. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Schlafzimmer sehr klein. FĂŒr 6 Personen gab es 3 Liegen. Ausreichend ParkplĂ€tze sind vorhanden, die Vermietrer sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Die Umgebung,der Ort, der nahe botanische Garten und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind toll!

Rayol-Canadel-sur Mer: Cîte d’Azur wie man sich es vorstellt

Um es gleich vorweg zu nehmen: wir werden wiederkommen. Eine wunderschöne kleine Villa am Hang und mit kleinem Garten nebst Terrasse zum WohlfĂŒhlen und Entspannen. Wir haben nichts vermisst und alles hat sich so dargestellt wie es beschrieben war. Das schönste war natĂŒrlich das Meer in unmittelbarer NĂ€he: Baden und Sonnen wann man wollte. Und selbst fĂŒr AktivitĂ€ten kam man auf seine Kosten. Ein Highlight war der Fahrradtrip nach Saint-Tropez. Und nicht zu vergessen, Anne ist wirklich eine tolle Gastgeberin.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Anne nous a accueilli chaleureusement à notre arrivée dans sa charmante maison idealement située a quelques pas de la plage. Nous avons pu profiter des espaces exterieurs aménagés avec goût, mention speciale pour la douche extérieure avec eau chaude, tres pratique au retour de plage.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in herrlichem Ferienhaus

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage im Haus Clair de lune verbracht. Das Haus war noch schöner als wir es aus dem Inserat erhofft hatten. Im Erdgeschoss viel Platz, sehr großer Esstisch, im ersten Stock drei Schlafzimmer, Bad und separates WC. Der schöne Garten war komplett eingezĂ€unt, so dass wir unseren Hund frei laufen lassen konnten. Sehr genossen haben wir auch das Entspannen in den LiegestĂŒhlen auf der Terrasse. Und das tollste, man sieht und hört die ganze Zeit das Meer, selbst von unserem Schlafzimmer aus! Direkt am Ort zwei schöne kleine Sandbuchten, an einer davon ein sehr ansprechendes Strandlokal. FĂŒnf Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt war die nĂ€chste grĂ¶ĂŸere Sandbucht. Ein BĂ€cker mit wundervoller Auswahl war fußlĂ€ufig nur fĂŒnf Minuten den Hang hinauf zu finden. Insgesamt ein herrlicher und sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in Rayol, den wir nur uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen können!

Herrlich!

Die Woche im Haus in Rayol war wunderschön, das Haus ist ideal gelegen, schon vor dem FrĂŒhstĂŒck sind wir ins Meer gehĂŒpft, anschließend unter die Außendusche. Innen ist das Haus sehr schön, noch schöner, als auf den Fotos! Anne ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhaftes Haus im provenzalischem Stil

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Ein wirklich tolles, stilvolles Haus in traumhafter Lage, umgeben von wirklich beeindruckender Vegetation. In nur ein paar Schritten ist man am Strand, der idyllisch und von Pinien beschattet ist. Die Vermieterin war ĂŒberaus freundlich und herzlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Inserat gibt ein gutes Bild - es war eher noch schöner als erwartet.

Hervorragend!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche im Clair de lune! Sehr schöne Lage, wunderschönes, französisches Haus mit sĂŒdlichem Flair. Die KĂŒche ist top ausgestattet. Toller Garten/Terrasse. Mit Kleinkindern ist die direkte Lage an zwei sehr schönen StrĂ€nden sehr wertvoll. FusslĂ€ufig sind die GeschĂ€fte des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs (BĂ€cker, Metzger, Apotheke, Supermarkt) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Anne war eine tolle Gastgeberin! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
