"Great location. Quite old property thats been refurbished but still has the feeling of a church camp. Pleasant but very basic rooms. Lack of adequate soundproofing between lower and upper floors .... If you're planning on staying here take my advice and don't let them put you on the ground floor of one of the wings that has a second level above. Senior staff very helpful but most junior staff lacking experience and training."

"This motel has been completely renovated and is beautiful. Just a 5-6 minute walk into the heart of town. At the end of the block heading for town is a beautiful sand beach. Great stay!"

"Location is excellent, close to all shops & restaurants. parking onsite close to your unit. View was very good. Staff & Quin were excellent! the only drawback, with our one bedroom sea view, it was extremely compact. Not much room to store luggage or hang clothes. The larger units with full kitchen are another preferred option. I was able to see one, if you require more room book the larger units. It most certainly served our needs. Laundry is available at a charge. I recommend this property for sure, thanks Quin for accommodating our extra night! "

"What a great location in Paihia! At the very beginning of the strip, so you’re away from the busier hub up. Close enough for a quick seven minute walk to the pier and the center, passing great cafés and beautiful scenery along the way. Directly across the beach with beach bbq’s and picnic tables. Swimming in the ocean was fabulous and if you don’t like that, the pool is sparkling, clean and heated plus hot tub! Accompanied with daily fresh towels and service touchup for the room. Includes coffee, sugar, and everything you need to wake up. We would most definitely stay here again. The owners were always on site, attentive, and cheery every time we saw them, making sure our stay was awesome. Thank you so much, Anchorage! "
