The staff was and helpful. They have breakfast. The hotel has a lot of activities for the kids very cute. The rooms are very roomy and it’s being renovated. They have balcony rooms. Not far from the port.

The staff at Columbia were absolutely incredible. So helpful and friendly with everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever enjoyed. We would 100% stay again and recommend this property.

We had a really great stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and a good place to relax after a day out exploring. The service was exceptional and everyone was friendly, helpful and made us feel really welcome. The location is perfect, close to the train, bus and water bus, and an easy walk to all the main sights. We’d happily stay here again.

Very cute area..staff helpful for most part. I didnt like that they only give you one towel for your entire stay. Very close to cruise port and staff assisted with transportation. Lots of dining options and beach close by
