The room was characterized by the fact that it has been a long time since it has been renovated, and that it could use a very thorough cleaning. As for shopping, the hotel is located out in a dark forest with almost no street lights and 3 km. away from a grocery store, so if you are not in a car, you are dependent on ordering something with delivery. The bus that has a stop in front of the hotel only runs Monday to Friday. It is also true that there is a train stop about 10 min. drive away, but no taxi companies will drive out to drive from the train stop to the hotel and vice versa, so it costs about 45 Euro to take a taxi per trip, as they will only drive from Lübeck Central Station to the hotel and vice versa. As for the staff, they speak limited English (the ones we talked to), and as for the fact that they will help with bookings, we experienced that when we asked for help to call a taxi, we were only given a phone number, but that we had to call ourselves, and we therefore ended up using Uber to book, as the phone signal and the 5G WiFi signal was extremely bad. If we had known in advance that we would have the experience that we had with the hotel, then we would not have booked with them.

List problemer ved indtjekning da de ikke kunne finde vores reservation, men det løste sig . Hotellet er af ældre dato og bære også præg heraf, men fungere perfekt som overnatning, eller som et kort pausested på et par dage, med lækker udsigt udover marken, Vi booker igen næste år hvis vi skal til julemarkede i lubeck, og der er plads . Tak :)

Der Mitarbeiter beim Check in konnte kaum deutsch. Die Zimmer waren in einem Katastrophalen Zustand. Dreckig ohne Ende und extrem kalt. Trotz Heizung haben wir das Zimmer nicht warm bekommen. Wir haben in dem Hotel nur ein Zimmer zur zwischenübernachtung gebucht. Wir waren froh als die Nacht beendet war. Das Waschbecken war komplett zersprungen. Die Dusche war kaputt und voller Schimmel. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Mir tut jeder Handwerker etc leid, der dort schlafen muss!!!

Die Unterkunft selbst für den Preis ist in Ordnung gewesen. Betten sauber, Bad auch. Das einzige was mich gestört hat und der Grund für eine frühe Abreise war, der Geruch nach muffigen stehendem Wasser und mehr. Man muss es riechen um zu wissen was ich meine. Frisch deute ich etwas anders. Selbst mit Parfüm nicht zu überdecken gewesen. Einen Kühlschrank lässt man offen wenn er nicht in Betrieb ist , leider war das nicht der Fall und daher stammt auch der Geruch ein bisschen.

Internetpräsentation und Realität liegen weit voneinander entfernt. Etliche Defekte wie kaputte Türen, stark fleckiger Teppichboden. Jalousie im Bad ermöglicht jedem einen Blick von aussen ins Bad. Balkontür blinde Scheibe und lässt sich nicht öffnen. Matratzen schon etwas durchgelegen. Usw. Preis/Leistung inakzeptabel.

Der Name ist leider gar nicht Programm. Vor Ort stelle sich das Hotel als Monteurzimmer raus. Zimmereinrichtung: Lampen sehr dunkel, Zimmer war trotz Heizung kalt, muffiger Geruch, viele Spinnweben an Wänden und Decken, Steckdosen teilweise kaputt Positiv: Man konnte direkt vor dem Zimmer parken

Wir waren ganz zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Für uns das wichtigste, das es sauber war. Der Frühstück war in Ordnung, es gibt nicht viel zur Auswahl aber wir wurden alle trotzdem satt, meine Tochter 5 musste nicht mal zahlen :-) Der Personal war sehr nett. Viel Parkplätze Möglichkeiten. Was uns etwas gestört hat, ist nur dass die ec Karte nicht beim einchecken funktioniert hat ( im Restaurant hat die später funktioniert) aber am Nächten Tag um den Frühstück zu bezahlen, hat es funktioniert, zum Glück hatten wir Bargeld mitgehabt.

Ältere Unterkunft. WLAN hat im EG kaum funktioniert - immer wieder Abbrüche. Zimmer hat nach Rauch gestunken. Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr schwach und die Temperatureinstellung ein Glücksspiel. Sauberkeit war o.k. jeden zweiten Tag Handtuchwechsel. Personal war nett und zuvorkommend.
