Exclusive 5* Villa with stunning views and heated pool
- This unique luxurious villa built in 2013 accommodates 8 guests in four rooms and incudes large living room, dinning room, five bathrooms, tavern with a fireplace and a terrace with gas barbeque. Two acres of private surrounding land provides ample privacy for the guests and a wonderful view over the Kvarner Bay and the islands of Cres and Losinj from any level. The villa features high quality appliances and furniture, HiFi, smart TV's, heated pool with air massage, jacuzzi bath, finnish sauna and a massage chair. The house is fully heated and air conditioned, has solar heating and excellent insulation. Although the house is one unit, it can be used by two families as there are two kitchens. Villa has 36 m2 overflow salted pool and the beautiful "Jadrina" beach is only 600 mtr away and accessible directly from the villa with a 10 minute relax walk through the pine forest path.
