"Location is fabulous and so easy to get to from Terminal 1. Hop on a free airport bus and ride for a few stops to Terminal 2 and walk across the street and you have arrived. Friendly check in, excellent English skills, clean, comfortable room with very comfortable bed, great buffet breakfast where they will make your eggs if you ask and dairy free, gluten free options. Helpful when we needed extra towels we received them minutes later. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. We had an early flight and chose this hotel to stay close to the airport so we wouldn’t have to wake up too early. " The hotel is exquisite. My room, the junior suite, was moderately priced, and had a huge terrace with a lake view, as did the high-ceilinged room with a big arched window. Every detail was luxurious, and it was immaculate. It was nicer than most 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was grand, the common sitting room was gorgeous, the staff was warm and helpful, and it’s just steps from the lake and the duomo. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. It helped make Como the highlight of my trip so far. "
