"The carpets smell like pet urine and are extremely stained, even though they are dark in color the dirt is very noticeable. I took off my shoes, walked barefoot, and my socks were left Black, I had to put a sheet on the carpet so I could walk without shoes, but the smell was unbearable. The smell of the carpets in the rooms makes the rest of the room look and It feels bad... I'm surprised. This hotel used to be one of the cleanest, but apparently it changed owners, and from what I saw, they're not well coordinated regarding room cleaning.They probably don't have enough staff, but my point of view would be to remove those carpets and put down flooring, since the carpets are heavily soaked with urine and even if they're washed they won't be clean. It's logical to know that when a carpet is frequently rented and pets are allowed, even after washing, the smell of urine is almost impossible to remove, especially in bedrooms In a hotel, the doors are always closed, there isn't enough air to ventilate the bad smells, and what happens after a poor cleaning of the room is that they spray air freshener Which mixes with the smell of the dirty carpet, they immediately close the door, and when the next guest arrives, the aroma inside the room is disappointing."

"Staff were all very friendly and kind. We were checked in right away and given great recommendations! The hotel overall is huge and views of the golf course and cities from our balcony are fantastic! The only downside were the room amenities and the condition of the room. Although very clean, the rooms/building seems to be older. The bathroom drains very slow, there’s cracks on the bathtubs, no microwave available and our fridge was barely cold. So we just spent our days out and about. But the room was overall okay. We would stay here again."

"The steakhouse was welcoming, and the food was excellent. When I went to extend my stay, I was told they were sold out and that there was nothing I could do. I am a Gold member, and I felt utterly dismissed by the lady at the front desk. Worst experience I've had with Hilton staff."
