We only stayed one night at the property but we had a great experience. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. They also upgraded us without us asking and put us in an amazing suite. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. This will be our go to hotel when we travel to Raleigh moving forward!

This hotel was excellent in every way. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the property was clean and well-maintained. It’s a very convenient location with so much nearby. No notes on my stay here.

The hallway was well lit. The room very clean and bed comfortable I had trouble with the a/c, my fault, and after calling the front desk someone came right up and set it up to my liking. I was unable to try the breakfast but it looked better than other hotels. I had tried another hotel in the same area in the past but I will definitely return to this one.

The property was just feet away from shops, restaurants and grocery store. The property was neat and clean and so was the pool. I can’t say enough great things about the front desk staff. They were so nice and welcoming and had great personalities. I would definitely come back!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a fantastic, convenient location. The staff was lovely as well. The only downside was the room's poor soundproofing; unfortunately, I was kept awake at night by screaming children in the neighboring room. Great stay overall, will stay again.

My family and I stayed there for 3 nights, and everything was fine. On the 2nd night the fire alarm went off at 6:30 am, and on the last day, our AC went out. We’ve stayed here in the past, and been wonderful. This time, it’s been ok. The rooms were cleaned being a pet friendly room.

An amazing stay! Upon entry we were greeted by the kind staff member at the front. We did check in early and there was a small expected fee. We immediately went down to the pool after unpacking and there were provided towels for use. They were replenished immediately. Beds and room were very comfortable, spacious for a family of 4. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best ! Close to shopping centers, walking distance. Parking was plenty ! Will definitely be returning to this hotel if we’re back in the area!

This was a fantastic location, very clean, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast. My room was by the elevator, but it was very quiet / no issues with noise. I did get a chance to use the small gym; it was clean and stocked with the basics. The location is perfect if you want to access North Hills, Downtown, and Durham within 20m. I will be traveling to Raleigh for business a few more times this year, and as far as I'm concerned, this will be my "home base" every time.

Rooms were immaculate! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with freshly prepared hot dishes, make-your-own waffles, cereals including oatmeal, bagels, muffins, breads, yogurt and fresh fruit. The bar was open each evening and provided a nice atmosphere including taking your refreshments outdoors by the fire pit. Well worth the stay!
