This is probably the best hotel that I have stayed at in years. Their staff is very well-trained and friendly. The facility is clean and they are constantly working on keeping everything up-to-date. Could Be Better

The front idea staff was very accommodating. One of our party would be arriving much later than the other and they were able to quickly change the name on the reservation. The downside was that no one from the from desk was there until the morning. I requested cookware (which was $39.99) and dishes (which were $19.99) but none of it was there. Thank goodness because those prices were ridiculous. Also there were roaches in the room: a few dead and one alive.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! We made it there to check in a few minutes before close. Went to the room and the smoke smell gave me an instant headache. It smelled like someone smoke 20 packs of cigarettes. The sofa had a huge while in it and looked like someone had jumped in it until the left side was caved in. The heat didn't work and there was a nasty black ring around the tub. I went down immediately after inspecting the room and called on the lobby phone to them. The lobby phone calls the reservation line for Extended stay and I was told we would be given a different room and they would send someone down to help us. We waited 30 minutes before someone came and was told they promise they'll take care of us but we had to wait until 9am when the manager would get there. Now mind you we had to sleep in this room and FREEZE because it could outside and the heat DID NOT WORK. I'm disabled, and 1 of my disabilities is that I have arthritis in my ENTIRE SPINE. I was in tremendous pain because the arthritis caused my other spinal issues to flare up. Had to deal with the headache from the smoke smell and actually keep the front door open just to breathe properly. At 9am they screwed us over. Not only did we not get another room but they took our money and kept our deposit. 😡I want my money

The outside of the property is nice with lots of parking. The staff i saw was nice. My room was not very clean in some areas. Near the couch it looked like cereal had been spilled, and i found a childs size snack bag under the edge of the couch when I was placing a cockroach bait. I saw approximately 10 cockroaches, one of which was an adult.

The hallways smelled like smoke from a cigarette. The room I stayed in had a weird smell too when you walked in. The bed was comfortable. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. As the saying goes, “ You get what you pay for!” It just wasn’t the best experience for me. The front desk manager was nice and waived my late fee for checking out earlier than I expected to.

The facility in the pictures looks clean and welcoming. This is the reason we booked this hotel over others. When we showed up at the propoerty it was nowhere near as welcoming as the other properties nearby, and the general appearance was dingy. The check in process was easy and smooth and the lady at the front desk was helpful. However, upon entering the room we noticed an odor that was reminiscent of someone’s old dirty house. We were on the edge of asking for a different room, but since it was late already we decided to stick it out. Overall I’d say this is a good hotel in a pinch, but I won’t be booking this place ever again.

Kind staff but crappy hotel

Booked this hotel because we needed a place to stay last minute. It was very obvious why this place was 100$ less than surrounding hotels. The front was all locked up when we arrived to check in at 1 a.m. so that process took way longer than it should have, then our first room the HVAC unit was broken and the room was hot as heck. We got moved into a new room and the mattress on the sofa bed was all stained and disgusting looking. There were no extra linens in the room for the sofa bed. This hotel really needs some updating. Only plus was all the staff was super nice and very helpful in resolving our issues.
