Very difficult to find. Sign from expedia advert was not there. Google pin incorrect hotel location No breakfast, though ad stated breakfast included. No air conditioning though advertising said each room with air conditioning. Sleepless night in hot Aug summer was not ideal. No one there at check-in. We just happened to call a random phone number on a piece of paper posted on a closed door. Requesting a refund/compensation from Expedia please and refund Expedia Rewards as applied to the booking. Two ladies who showed us in were very polite and nice when they finally showed up.

This property over booked and sent me to stay in someones apartment 20 minutes outside of Rabat. I was inconvenienced, robbed of my Rabat old town visit, and uncomfortable.

Room doors have no windows!!!! so when somebody is walking on the corridor he is waking up all other rooms. Gentle door closing sound like a cannon shot at 1 AM. Horrible idea in a place like hotel.

Very friendly customer service. Their English is adequate. Very accommodating of requests. Breakfast was large, impressive. The riad is beautifully decorated all around! Four stories with a roof terrace where breakfast is served. Warning: this place was hard for me to, because the address doesn’t list any unit number, and the pin in Google maps is wrongly located. I have submitted the request to Google to correct pin location. The place is on Rue Bouqroune.

This is a hotel for ppl with no money! Poor on everything & noisy from early in the morning!!! Forget all about sleeping till noon.. Not mentioned about shared bathroom.. Breakfast poor & not good for long stay! Puss side: the staff are nice & helpful but no engrish! Only Arabic & French! I can’t stand this hotel & glad it’s only for 2 nights.. otherwise I would change! Here reminds of 19 century for 500 MAD/ night! Too much!! Book other place if u have money or want some comfort! Never again!!!
