"Varsin uusi hotelli jossa tarjolla todella suuret huoneet normaalilla varustelutasolla. Aamiainen varmasti riittävä ja monipuolinen. Kaikki kaikin puolin siistiä mutta majoituksesta jäi todella huono maku palveluiden osalta. Maksoin yöpymisen ennakkoon mutta hotellin vastaanotossa vaadittiin majoituksen maksua uudelleen perusteena, että maksu ei heillä näkynyt, ainoastaan varaus? Kukaan henkilökunnasta ei puhunut englantia, kommunikointi tapahtuu kääntäjän kautta. "

"Location is excellent right in a famous old street, very convenient for guests to experience different culture and go shopping. The host and staff are so nice to welcome guests and offer essential assistance and information. It makes the guests feel comfortable and relaxing during the stay. This is a home-like accommodation for tourists. It’s so lucky to me to choose the property for my rest place during my trip. No doubt, it will be my choice again if I have chance to come again."
