Experiencia Negativa

The hotel was closed at the time of arrival with the family group, so we had to incur another cost of taxi transfer, after communicating with Expedia, the hotel owner communicated with us claiming an emergency, but At the same time refusing to give us lodging for the price offered by Expedia, unfortunately neither Expedia nor the hotel owner could resolve the situation, having to sleep in the airport chairs with a 13 year old
