Decent hotel in the city centre

Cozy hotel in the middle of Quito's historical centre. Our room was a bit small and no window, so felt a bit clamped. Staff was nice and helpful, although they didn't speak english. Food was ok.

full staff, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Their purple theme is on point and cute converted home. They offer airport pick up and tours. I had great success with airport transportation and late hours. Book this hotel if you want to stay walking distance to old tour attractions.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Special mention and thanks to Ernesto. Location couldn't be better: a few steps to the historic center. One suggestion I have is to have more variety in the continental breakfast.

Nice hotel and great staff

Great property with very friendly staff. The area gets a little weird at night so it can get a little hard to get around. Rooms and bathroom are small but clean and comfortable.

The young man at the front desk was really awesome. It seemed like he ran the whole place all by himself. He was always busy but always remained in a pleasant humble mood. The staff was very helpful and nice. I had booked one room and ended up needing 2 additional rooms. The staff accommodated me immediately. The parking was available about two blocks away at certain hours and it is very difficult to double park around the hotel. Uber is highly suggested.

We were placed on the last floor and it was hard for me, being a senior to be walking up and down a flight of stairs. I was short of breath due to altitude issues and on top of that , the constant going up and down made it worse. The staff were a sweetheart though, very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Expedia page showed that the property had parking but it didnt, you will need to use private parkings around the town. We needed to stop at a very narrow street to unload our luggage stoping completly the traffic and hearing the horns of each car we stopped. We went out at night, when we returned at 10:30 pm the private parking was closed and we needed to park far from the hotel, not the idel spot if you want to spend the night enyoing the city with a car. The room we got was very noisy all night long. Not recommended.

A complete and utter disaster. This "hotel" is not a hotel. It is essentially a hostel. The pictures are fake. There is no staff onsite which means to get in AND OUT of the hotel, they have to unlock a door. So, expect to be literally trapped inside and unable to leave until the staff shows up. There is a significant fire danger. They do not clean the rooms and only provide one towel during the entire stay (which does not get cleaned). There is not free breakfast as advertised. Further, there is a motion sensor bell which rings all the time so don't expect much sleep. Even though it's $50 a night, you could spend just a little bit more and actually feel safe.
