Manager was a real A Hole, wasn’t accommodating, and cussed at my elderly mother when we tried to express our feelings on our stay, there was a blackout and he left without giving us candles or making us feel safe. He didn’t want to give me a refund and made uncomfortable accusations against hotels.com. Steer clear of this declining hotel and its age old property.

El servicio es excelente, el dueño,Roberto y su esposa, siempre estan pendiente de que estes bien y contento. La comida del restaurante es muy bueba con buenos precios, aparte de la variedad y Roberto trae tambien personas a tocar la musica tradiciobal Indígena de "Yanarí " que significa "llanto del Indígena ". De versad que lo recomiendo y claro sus empleados como Francis y Daniel, excelente servicio de su parte. Los precios de las abitacion muy buenos. Gracias por tu atención Roberto
