"This is my go to stay when travelling to Henrico, its safe and comfortable, the staff is incredible from front desk(every shift) to maintenence and the property staff to housekeeping...they've made a few updates, wich is nice and also now have coffee 25/7 , wich i really appreciate..I prefer the 1st floor , but arriving late wasnt able to get 1st floor but woundup being surprisingly happy with my room...I feel at home here and that type of comfort and safety is irreplaceable"

"Parking was very easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wawa, Sheetz and gas station are right across the street. Air conditioner worked very well. Bed was comfortable, and it was helpful to have a good refrigerator right in the room. "

"Not a bad stay at all. The room was clean, the staff was nice, ample parking, and a short walk to the Willow Lawn Shopping Center. Very quiet area at night. The walls in the room are paper thin though, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs."

"Very spacious room in great location downtown by the capital. Allowed me to check in early. Has a Starbucks in the lobby, pool was warm. Comfortable bed. Great stay"

"Nothing we couldn’t handle but there was one time that the lady cleans the room do not knocked the door just opened it. And my husband and I were just getting out the shower. Plus on 5/8/26 our second day there they changed the bed take out the trash but didn’t clean the bathroom. Not even changed the trash from that. It’s not complaint we’re just fine about it. It’s just to make sure other people not going to have the same experience."

"do not stay close to an elevator it has the loudest motor and kept us up all night. The walls are thin. I did not get an ounce of sleep at this hotel. Will never stay here again. "
