The place is very well located, and the common areas are very nice. The rooms are fine, but the bathrooms are too old. The management needs to pay attention to these details. I wish I can attach some photos of the room, which is fine and has new furniture, but when it comes to the bathroom, it hasn’t been cared for in decades. The door is deteriorated, the sink and shower handles are from the '90s, as is the showerhead. Another important aspect is that the floor had accumulated dust, and when walking in socks, they turned BLACK. The low quality of cleaning can be seen on the lamps above the bed, where dust accumulation is noticeable, which caused me serious problems with my dust allergies at night.

This hotel has the potential to be a 5-star experience, but unfortunately it needs much better attention to maintenance and overall upkeep. I reserved three rooms for my family and me while we attended a wedding. Starting with my room, the bathroom was missing part of the shower tile—it was not simply unpainted, but visibly incomplete. The bathroom also lacked proper ventilation, the mirror appeared old and worn, and the room had a noticeable humid smell upon entering. In the second room, the shower drain was clogged. We reported the issue on the day we arrived, but it was never addressed during our stay. Additionally, the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned, and because of the flooding from the clogged shower, we had to use our own towels to dry the floor. To add to the frustration, the room keys repeatedly became demagnetized. We had to return to the front desk multiple times to have them reactivated, which was inconvenient and disruptive. Overall, the property has great potential and could offer a much better experience with improved maintenance and more responsive service.
