El personal de recepción muy amable; la ubicación del hotel es accesible para disfrutar el centro, pero si quieres dormir temprano (que no fue mi caso) hay establecimientos cerca y se escuchan las convivencias. El personal desde temprano está en la faena y obvio te despiertas aunque quieras dormir más.

No me respetaron la reservación porque querian que les depositara a una cuenta x para garantizar la habitación. Eso me dio desconfianza ya que la reserva estab hecha en la plataforma. Les escribí y no me contestaron nunca. Cuando llegué por la urgencia tuve que tomar la unica habitación que tenian, que NO eea lo que yo necesitaba.

Todos fueron super amables y está muy bonito el lugar por dentro, está muy muy céntrico todo el centro de Querétaro caminando. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar. Gracias por todo!

Es un lugar excelente para hospedarse, la limpieza es increible y la temperarura de las habitaciones es genial. Afuera puede hacer frío o calor y adenteo se siente siempre templadito, rico. Por si acaso tienes un ventilador/calentador de torre en la habitación. Muy tranquilo, si cierras las cortinas y te hechas a dormir no te enteras si afuera es de dia o de noche. La calle tiene vida hasta muy tarde por que en ella hay algunos restaurantes y otros hostales, no te dejes engañar por los grafitis y los rayones en las paredes, la zona es super segura y esta muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de las plazas principales, donde hay cajeros de BBVA, Santander y Banamex, así como precencia de elementos de seguridad las 24 hrs. Un lugar bueno, bonito y barato.

La cama estaba muy dura Se me quedo un anillo y rapido regrese para preguntar por el, a lo que me dijero que ya habian limpiado el cuarto y que habia un inquilino. La verdad es que los check-in son a las 3 normalmente y eran las 11 am, por lo que supongo me mintieron para quedarse con el.

Cuidado del medio ambiente

Considero que es importante revisen el tema del agua caliente ya que nos solicitaron se dejara correr, se tardo como 20 minutos, nos es viable derramar tanta agua.
