La verdad muy mal, el acceso al hotel muy difícil al momento de reservar no nos comentaron , la habitación ya muy deterioradas, Los colchones viejos almohadas muy mal.. En si para el costo no hay ni agua en la habitacion , hay que ir por allá al otro edificio y es de garrafón rellenado !!

Roaches in the bed an bath ventilator not in sink with the lights phones did not work front desk did not present the room no water in the room for overnight no iron board iron in the room safe box had no key. Restaurant not enough personnel, dishes in the buffet old service on the menu took to long.

Muy bonitas instalaciones pero descuidadas, nuestra habitación olía feo, durante toda la estancia a orines, nos salió una cucaracha. Pedí por mail dos veces una sola de ducha que ofrecieron llevarme al responder mi primer mail, me n un segundo mail, la volví a pedir y nunca la llevaron. Gracias

Es un hotel muy amplio, muy limpio, se encuentra justo en el centro, el personal es muy amable, es un hotel como antiguo pero muy bien cuidado, el servicio del restaurante fue bueno. Podría mejorar la señal de las televisiones ya que se ve muy borroso.

Había mucho ruido, todo se escuchaba, no había hielo en el hotel y la alberca no tenía agua caliente, fuera de eso todo muy bien.

El hotel está para estadía breve, el teléfono de la habitación no servía, de la regadera sólo salió agua fría, la señal de TV era muy mala y la TV muy pequeña, el restaurante cierra temprano, cuando volvimos del desayuno la puerta del cuarto estaba abierta cuando habíamos dejado cerrado. Me pareció caro, por ese precio hubiera esperado mejor experiencia. Punto positivo: La atención del personal fue buena.

Me gusta la ubicación. No me agradan las instalaciones, están bastante viejas. En lo personal no funcionaba el teléfono en nuestra habitación y tampoco había agua caliente. Del estacionamiento a la habitación había mucha distancia y además empedrado lo que dificulta el caminar y peor el arrastrar la maleta.

Bueno pero esta muy sucio, albercas vacías sucias ya no tienen las mismas instalaciones abiertas para los huéspedes ahora hay que pagar por el agua caliente por el vapor cuando antes estaba para todo el que quería
