The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall stay was excellent. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again
A very charming hotel right in the heart of old Quebec City! Central and walking distance to all the must see locations. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was a 4 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again!
Quaint property and staff was excellent but we paid $25 for off property parking when there was property parking in behind and we were on the top floor (4th floor) in a small room with a sink in the room and a claw foot tub taking up far too much room
The best stay I could ever ask for in Quebec City, very nice clean room, easy to get around and staff were really good at hospitality. Highly recommended

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Very near the action but not in the middle of it. Basically quiet at night. Not many services are offered so I would recommend for a short stay. Although you'll find plenty of services at a short walk distance. Food and drink. I don't know if they offer clothes washing though. I only stayed 2 nights.
It's a good and reasonably priced family run hotel in a GREAT location. Its simple, and our 3rd floor room was spacious with vaulted celings. There are no elevators, no real services other than a Kuerig in the room. It was clean. TV was tiny and the soaking tub was nice.
The staff although nice, could learn to smile and say hello though.... It would make the experience so much better.
Hôtel is right beside chateau Frontenac the hub of Quebec City. Walking distance to every thing food, shopping and sights! The city is extremely clean and all the buildings surrounding are well maintained. The people working and serving are very pleasant and speak both French and English. Beautiful city!
The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Old Quebec. It faces a lovely little park and has a view of the famous Chateau Frontenac. It is quiet, a few blocks away from the busy tourist streets but very close to. the river walk. . And there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The hotel is old and the rooms have character but ours was small with not much room for luggage, toiletries etc. The bathroom was surprisingly modern and nice. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and the hotel’s great location outweighed any inconvenience caused by the age of the building.
So lovely! The room was appointed so well. Incredibly comfortable and unique. Note, there can be a lot of stairs and you have to park a couple blocks away. Should happily stay there again
