Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. We are also non-French speaking for the most part but the communication was wonderful, the chalet was gorgeous and met everyone's needs - we would definitely recommend this place and the hosts to anyone looking for great service and value!
