Booked a 2 double bed room & website states can sleep 4pax, thinking it should be 2 queen size bed. To our horror, the room come with 2 single & when I asked the front office, they told me all their bed are 1.2m. I asked for a 2 queen bed room but was informed that they do not have such room and was introduced a family room for RMB300 for 3 nights. Asked for a receipt or invoice but was informed that do not issue such receipt/invoice. Location not convenient too.....
