"The address given is not accurate and it took us ages to find, we had to hope that the host read the messages, he then gave us the address. This is listed as an English speaking host which is not accurate. We struggled to communicate. The place is advertised with a pool but this was out of bounds due to the drought, we understand this but we should have known before arrival. We had no hot water at all during our stay and we could not contact the host despite messaging and ringing the door...

"We spent our 2 weeks holiday (May/June) at the Ile des Pecheurs. The house was ok. Unfortunately there was no water in the pools, because of the drought. The resort was calm and we can recommend the restaurant and the bakery/ snack bar. The communication with the owner of the house was very good. We certainly come back again."

"We were stunned by the spacious and tidy rooms. Kitchens were very well equipped (better than we ever encountered in many other apartments we visited with this group of friends + kids). The environment is beautiful and the help of Imogen (our host) was great! The swimming pool, table tennis, spacious terras, table football were great!"

"We had a delightful time here. It was quite a walk to a swimming beach but once there it was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor area wonderful for our simple dining. There was plenty of parking for two cars and everything worked well ( we had a problem with one of the aircon units and it was replaced immediately. The pool was small and we didn’t use it. Overall a great holiday spot "
