"The service at this hotel is like nothing I’ve ever seen. Staff make a point of remembering everyone’s name, making sure everyone is taken care of, proactively ensuring that your plans and logistics work smoothly and spoiling you with unexpected gestures (towelettes, drinks, flowers, etc.). Pool area is a calming retreat from the outside streets. Rooms are pretty solid… and always clean. Highly recommend getting a massage at the spa room on premises. Restaurant could level up to match the rest of the experience in terms of food quality, vegetarian options, speed and coffee but there are many other options nearby. And honestly we just love these guys. Thanks for a great stay."
