First time stay

I stayed for 2 nights and had a room with a balcony. I enjoyed it and was very happy with my stay. The hotel was well maintained, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was conveniently located near restaurants, the ocean and shopping. I would stay here again.

Fiquei com minha família num apartamento que penso necessita de algumas reformas. Fiquei no Ap413. Precisa trocar os móveis da varanda (mesa e cadeiras) que está em péssimo estado. O Frigobar precisa de uma manutenção também e as toalhas de banho precisam ser trocadas pois estão muito gastas.

Uma triste experiência

Sou uma pessoa que não gosto de reclamar prefiro elogiar 10 vezes do que reclamar. Esses anos todos é a primeira vez que reclamo nesse canal. Começa pela recepção fizemos uma reserva um quarto casal e uma cama solteiro quando chegamos no quarto só a cama de casal resumindo minha filha dormiu na cama pois o atendente disse que estava sozinho no quarto e poderia colocar uma cama extra somente no outro dia. Isso é de menos o hotel fica encima de um bar barulho de música até duas da manhã impossível de dormir. O café da manhã é bom mas apenas uma pessoa para atender,marcar e repor a comida você tem que ficar esperando ela repor e quando vai pedir ela diz só um momento estou sozinha. O quarto não foi limpo todos os dias no terceiro dia tive que pedir papel higiênico pois acabou. Olha sinceramente não recomendo a não ser que não tenha mais opção.

Hotel super bem localizado, show! Mas decepciona mto na limpeza. Apto familia sujo, utensilhos praticamente impossível de usar pois estavam mal lavados, banheiro e cozinha com cheiro de esgoto voltando dos ralos e caixa de gordura. Enxoval de cama e banho velhos e encardidos. Cafe da manhã com pouca opção e tb quantidade.
