As utilidades informadas no anúncio não condizem com a realidade do hotel. Não possui geladeira, telefone nem secador de cabelo no quarto. No site diz ter vista para a cidade, mas a vista era para a janela de outros apartamentos, sem privacidade. A janela precisa ficar sempre fechada. O quarto tinha muito cheiro de cigarro. O café da manhã é bem simples e racionado, apenas 2 fatias de pão e 2 pãezinhos por pessoa. Ovo, café, leite, iogurte e suco são liberados. A localização é muito boa, na principal avenida da Península.

El hotel estava bien pero la politica muy mala y no lo recomiendo para nada Me cobraban 20 dojares porque la toalla tenia un pequeño resto de maquillaje A mi y a todos Tube que volver a la habitacion para lavar yo la toalla Y NO no pagar ese dinero INSOLITO La pequeña mancha de maquillaje MININA SALIO ENSEGUIDA CUANDO LA PUSE BAJO EL AGUA CALIENTE Y se quieren embolsar 20 dolares por havitacion Una verguenza Por otro lado estuvimos sentados unos minutos en el la puerta del restoran del hotel donde se desayunaba y nos echaron porqu solo podiamos sentarnos si consumiamos No vuelvo mas

Mala atención y mal educadas.

El desayuno es muy malo, no hay opciones ni variedad de comida. Lo utilizamos solo una vez y despues preferimos desayunar afuera. El wifi se caía no era estable. Nos cobraron la limpieza de las toallas aparte por algo de maquillaje que quedo en ellas y nos hicieron sentir muy incómodas al irnos mientras esperabamos el auto, y las señoras de limpieza nos corrian del palier para barrer y encima murmuraban hablando mal sobre nosotras. Unas irrespetuosas terrible!

Bom hotel

Bom hotel, ótimo custo beneficio,bem localizado, muito seguro, deixamos a moto na frente e foi bem tranquilo! Café da manha e servido na mesa,e nao no sistema auto-service. Única situação que desagradou, foi o fato de que, no ambiente do Café da manha,mesmo estando na parte "externa" uma hóspede estava fumando,e o cheiro do cigarro para quem nao fuma, logo cedo,no café da manhã,não é nada agradável! No geral o hotem é muito bom. Custo benefício muito bom!

Queimei meu dinheiro

O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo e cheiro do ralo. Muita infiltração. Lençóis, toalhas e fronhas manchados e com cabelo. Chegamos de madrugada e não havia água quente no chuveiro. Frigobar com ruído alto dentro do quarto. Atendentes da recepção ótimos, muito educados e atenciosos. Atendentes do café da manhã nada corteses, não explicam quais serviços estão inclusos e quais são opcionais, só descobrimos que existem ovos no café por uma taxa adicional no segundo dia porque outra pessoa estava comendo. Pagamos 238 dólares por 2 dias por esta tragédia.

Hotel não está pronto para operação . Decepção.

O hotel estava em reformas. A escada estava obstruida e só tem um elevador muito antigo. Quarto em condições precárias , mal reformado. Café da manhã paupérrimo e racionado. Café geralmente frio e ameaça e multa de 10 dólares em caso de desperdício de alimentos. Ítens do café servidos por atendente do balcão em porções homeopáticas.Na reserva tinha wifi grátis mas tentaram cobrar.
