The stay was as good as I expected for a hotel of this category. It is expensive for the category but it is what this place costs in summer due to the high demand. The hotel is old and it poorly maintained however the staff is super friendly. Specially at frontdesk they are extremely friendly and helpful. I truly value that quality of people.

A once good hotel stuck in the past

My stay here with my family was mediocre. The facilities at the hotel were run down and not well maintained. Shout out though to the staff, they were super friendly and accommodating and made our stay more amenable. It’s a shame as the location is superb, but the state of this place is simply bad, and it could be so much more, and it is not an inexpensive option.

Muito bom

As pessoas são cordiais, o café da manhã muito bom. A princípio me colocaram em um quarto diferente do que eu reservei, sem reforma, sem box, apenas com uma cortina, que alagava. Mas prontamente me trocaram para o correto. As roupas de cama e banho são de altíssima qualidade e conforto. O quarto nao tem água no frigobar, porém no primeiro piso tem galão e ao lado do hotel tem um mercadinho. É muito perto de tudo, super compensa.

La habitación es amplia y cómoda, pero le faltan detalles como por ejemplo toma corrientes a ambos lados de la cama. La cortina no cerraba bien. Tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación porque en la primera no andaba la TV ni tampoco un velador. Mejorar el olor en los ambientes comunes., creo que el mal olor era por el alfombrado viejo. Buena ubicación, amplio estacionamiento y el personal muy agradable.
