Cap Cana is very secure with 24/7 gated access. Security may ask for your name and reservation details upon arrival.

A car, taxi, or golf cart is recommended for getting around Cap Cana comfortably.

As in all tropical areas, you may occasionally see small insects or geckos—this is normal for the Caribbean.

Please turn off the AC when leaving to help conserve energy.

Pool areas and shared spaces follow community rules—please be mindful of other residents.

Please read carefully. These rules ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone in the community.

Cap Cana Access & Check-In Requirements
Cap Cana is a private, gated community with strict security measures. To access the property:
All guests must send full names and identification (passport or national ID) at least 24 hours before arrival.
Visitors must also be pre-registered with full name and ID. Unregistered visitors will not be allowed entry.
Cap Cana security may verify identity at any time. Failure to comply may result in denied access without refund.

No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, celebrations, and events of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Filming or photoshoots for commercial use are not allowed.

Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Loudspeakers are not allowed in the unit, balcony, or common areas.

Condo & Community Rules
All guests must comply with Greenwood Residence and Cap Cana regulations at all times.
Security reserves the right to request identification or intervene in case of disturbances.

Reservation Requirements
Guests must provide a valid working phone number.

Keys & Access Cards
Lost or damaged access keycards, or remotes incur a $50 USD replacement fee each.

Occupancy Limit & Visitors
Maximum occupancy: 4 registered guests.
Exceeding capacity may result in eviction without refund.

Visitors
Maximum of 2 visitors at any time.
Visitors staying over 4 hours are considered guests.
Overnight visitors must be declared in the reservation.
Fees:
$15 USD per extra guest per night after the second guest.
Undeclared guests: $25 USD per guest per night.

Prohibited Items & Activities
Hookah (shisha) is not allowed anywhere—violators will be removed from the property.

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
Smoking fee: $250 USD.

Check-Out Policies
Late check-out > 30 minutes: $50 USD fee.
Late check-out > 2 hours: Charged as an additional night (does not extend stay).

Maintenance & Complaints
By reporting any issue, you authorize the host to send staff or maintenance personnel into the unit to resolve the matter (e.g., repairs, cleaning, inspections).

Rule Violations
Any violation of these rules may result in:
Cancellation of the reservation,
Immediate removal from the property,
Loss of all payments and security access.
No refunds will be issued if rules are broken.
