We spent an amazing week at El Beso. José Miguel was our go to guy. He was awesome with anything we needed. Dinner reservations, cake for a friends birthday, water and all other things we need. Property was beautiful, you can find a quiet area or if you want to be social lots of places with activities. Beaches is nice. Ocean in front of resorts was really rough but a beautiful lagoon was to the side. We had great meals at the restaurants we went to. I would recommend this resort.

The room was spacious and has everything you need! I came here with my husband to celebrate my birthday and Kevin helped him surprised me with a delicious cake at dinner and when we got back to our room it was decorated with balloons, and a bottle of champagne. Daury, chef Henry, Aneury, Natanael, Victor and Jose Carlos were all amazing. All the staff here treat you well and are all great. Can’t wait to come back!

The property was beautiful, food was good for the most part and the weather was great. The amenities and activities were great. The staff, 75% or so lack customer service skills and do not take initiative or don’t know how. Many staff need to improve language skills so communication is clear.

El Beso resort gave us very good customer service at our arrival , fast check in and professional rooms was ready , clean , very well presented. This resort was phenomenal. Having the adults only part of the resort and peaceful. The service was great, the food was great. Definitely get a massage and the body scrub at their spa. We cannot wait to visit again. The house keepers were attentive. The swim bar was excellent make sure you see Francis.
