Está terriblemente sucio, el personal no es amable, el Desayuno es en otro negocio, no hay spa, la estancia tiene otro nombre, rente una habitación con vista a ña Alberca pero era a la alberca de otra propiedad, huele mal, está sucio y en muy malas condiciones, muebles viejos y ropa de cama rota. No lo recomiendo.

First they claimed to offer transportation from the airport but never answered my calls or texts on WhatsApp so I arranged my own transport. I did not feel safe in the area with my child so I did not check in. When I attempted to dispute the purchase Deluxe Hotel did not even bother to answer Expedia and all I was offered was a 100 dollar visa card for an 880 dollar accommodation that was never used. Never again, lesson learned.
