My only problem was check in, is a pain to do it and u need to go different places to check with all the adults and that make more difficult to do. Other then that is a good place to relax in family or alone is a lot stuff to do. Love it.

Uma decepção total, check in muito enrolado e se pode entrar ao hotel as 16hs porém a praia fecha as 17hs e as piscina se usa com reserva

Punta del Este- La mejor opción familiar

Excelente opción para vacacionar con la familia, todos los servicios excelentes. Multiples opciones dentro del complejo, varias piscinas para elegir, con juegos para los niños, animadores, kinder, agua caliente y templada. Servicios de toallas, reposeras y sombrillas incluso para ir a la playa en Punta del Este. El restaurante Kalua es una excelente opción también para almuerzos y cenas. Tambien tienen descuento preferencial del 10% con las compras que se hagan en el supermecado cercano (Tienda Inglesa). La gran atracción es la Crystal Beach, muy buen lugar para que los peques se diviertan mientras los adultos disfrutan de un buen trago en el parador con tentadores 2x1, el mojito excelente by the way :) En resumen, super recomendable!!!

Procure saber a localização do seu bloco, dependendo fica muito longe das piscinas. A praia não fica longe e eles disponibilizam cadeiras e guarda sol. Restaurantes dentro do complexo muito caro com comida péssima. Na realidade são aptos completos, com tudo (cafeteira, fogão, forno, microondas, utensílios etc) no nosso caso tudo muito novo. O espaço em comum necessita de manutenção (muitos "buracos" no acesso aos blocos, pastilhas soltas nas piscinas, entre outros). Pelo preço que paguei (US1.000, por 4 noites) estes "detalhes" fizeram a diferença. Recomendaria com restrições.

MALA ATENCION POR PARTE DE SOLANAS

CUANDO LLEGO A LA HABITACION ESTABA SUCIO Y OSCURA, TUVE QUE DORMIR SIN SABANAS YA QUE LA CAMA NO ESTABA HECHA. ALQUILO UN DEPARTAMENTO CON WIFI Y NO HAY WIFI. ME DAN U ROUTER Y CUANDO LO QUIERO CONECTAR SALTA LA TERMICA, LA PROLONGACION QUE ME BRINDARON ESTABA EN CORTOCICUITO Y HASTA EL DIA QUE ME FUI NO PUDE OBTENER UNA PROLONGACION QUE SIVIERA YA QUE NUNCA LLEGO A MIS MANOS
