Good for families

Beautiful views and nice area. Great balcony overlooking the ocean. Functional and clean apartment but a bit dated. Kitchen could be better equipped but had the most essential. Would have liked new towels and sheets more often (received only new towels once during 9 might stay). Otherwise good value for money in a beautiful place.

Nice location, the room has a kitchen, the equipment is quite old, but everything worked properly. Great view from the sea view room. Good combination of price and quality.

Tipycal example of a has been hotel. It seems like it was a great hotel 20 years ago. they didn't cut the grass, spiderwebs every where, the walls were cracking and the paint was peeling. ROOM - The bed was unconfortable, Spring matress, we only had hot water in the shower in the first 2 days. At the last day when was raining, it flud the room. But the view was stuning.

Service is bad, the sea and view are the highlight

Upon arriving at check in, they attempted to scam me into paying for a cancellation fee twice, lied to me repeatedly and just dont treat the guests well. They kept my driving license as leverage, as they wouldn't check me into my room that i had fully paid for, due to a previous booking that had been cancelled, claiming dispite me inputting my payment details in order to book with hotels.com, and cancellation being thru them, the hotel lied and told me as the had reinstated the cancelled booking, i must pay them on site before they will give me the room i fully paid for. Lies, bs, no customer services, they lied to hotels.com and didnt listen to a word i said when explaining the situation. Hotels.com were also unhelpful, ignored me and my questions and made the situation worse not better. The stay other than that was great, cheap, beautiful location, amenties on site (expensive but convenient), and only 10minutes drive or 30minutes walk to town or shops. I dont understand how the pool is saltier than the sea, and also so full of chemicals, i avoided it entirely and stuck with the cleaner, gorgeous, clear sea, full of wildlife, i recommend snorkeling. Dispite only guests using the pool, the sun loungers and umbrelles require payment for use, and the attitude is you pay for everything possible, probably even breathing too much. Great destination, but would not comeback to this resort.

Horrible, poorly maintained, scary. Dirty apartment, no microwave, horrible pillows. A lot of spiders inside the apartment. Common áreas very dirty with a lot of trash and crystal bottles. Not recommended.

Next to the beach, in pure nature

Loved the location, peace, nature, apartment, beach, pool... The reception staff was fantastic, helped to solve some issues that were importent to us.

Good location, some poor amenities

The hotel is more of a holiday camp with lots of apartments. The location is lovely and the pool is ok for this level of hotel. However, the shower facilities were poor with mimimal hot water which ran out quickly and no shampoo or shower gel provided, which is absolutely standard in any hotel.

The resort is on the sea in a very quiet place The rooms are big enough and comfortable The kitchen and bathroom have everything is needed excluding body wash and shampoo The reception is at the very entrance where the barrier is but they let you in with the car even if you didn’t check in so you might miss it and wonder around to look for it, so if you are tired from travelling might not be a great experience. The room had the toilet sit broken, the bidet tap spraying water everywhere and the bin under the sink in the kitchen broken too, I told the reception about it and in a couple of hours was sorted, staff is very nice and quick at taking action. The only thing that was not usable was the safe as the instructions did not correspond to the safe characteristics. The pool which by my understanding was included you need to pay for the lay downs so is a price to consider if you want to use it, plus they let children in with big inflatables so is not the best experience if you happen to go when there is more than one child around. Overall a nice experience, the view is amazing and the place very quiet, not far from Pola city by car is 10 minutes

Nära till många fina badplatser, väldisponerad lägenhet och fin havsutsikt. Det stod när vi bokade att det skulle vara städning varje dag men detta stämde inte fick vi veta i receptionen. Om man inte har bil är det en bit att gå med väskorna.

Fint läge och med Pulas hårdaste sängar

Kände av varenda fjäder i madrassen, sängarna var rent bedrövliga. Fick ej rummet städat en enda gång på våra totalt 9 nätter. Prisvärda alternativ till enklare mat så som burgare, pizza, pasta etc finns på området. Gemytligt område, badet super. Rummen är gamla men ändå fullt godkända, bortsett sängarna då.

Ikke som forventet og som billeder

Vi havde forventet at bo på hotel da det er det som billederne viser, istedet bor vi et pænt slidt lejlighed en del væk fra poolen, det gjorder det så noget mere besværligt med 2 klapvogne at skulle gå et godt stykke for at få pool. Når du så kommer til poolen koster 2 solsengen 12-15 euro, dette står heller ingen steder ved bookning, først helt nede ved poolen på meget lille skilt. Livredder var godt nok til stede, men brugte tiden på deres telefoner og holdte ikke øje med noget som helst. På hotels.com står også der er rengøring dagligt, vi var der i 7 dage og fik ikke rengøring 1 eneste gang. Ellers fint område (slidt men okay) men man ville gerne have vidst hvad man endelig kom til.
