"Booked a room with an ocean view and was given partial view. Vanity light in room didn’t work and was broken, called to make a report and no one came to check it out. Found a cockroach in our room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful but conditions could be better. Room service food was honestly so nasty. Kind of annoying that all pool/beach chairs said “no reserving” and everyone left their towels since the early morning. I did enjoy that it was pretty quiet and not as hectic as the kids side so we were able to relax. "

"The pool and spa and snack restaurant at the pool were great. The service was excellent. I really felt 5 stars to my surprise since it’s a holiday Inn. Wi-Fi was good all over the hotel (the staff helped me with it). Will go back on my next stop to Puerto Vallarta. Roberto was the best for service and client satisfaction. "
