The place is far away from downtown... near across the beach in this area... a great place to relax and to rest. The property is perfect for people who come with a car... or groups. It is a most beautiful hotel. The Dining room is excellent... the staff great with excellent training and funny and kind... I was very impressed with this place.

No me gustó!!

El hotel no tiene estacionamiento propio, se estaciona en la calle o en la entrada del hotel. Además para usar la pileta tenés que sacar turnos que duran una hora. Para ser un hotel tan bien calificado y cobrado.. es muy decepcionante. Se anuncia un valor con impuestos incluidos y después los impuestos no estaban incluidos.

ningun inconveniente, la gente deberia ser mas respetuosa debido a la pandemia y creo que para eso se necesita mas control. El control fue dependiente de la gente lo cual sabemos que el Argentino es muy irrespetuoso y se siente como que nunca le va a pasar. La gente debera tener bien en claro como respetarse.

Realmente esperaba mejor atención, ya que además no era la primera vez que me alojaba, pero no obtuve respuesta favorable al momento de requerir una atención por el mal estado del frigobar, que no arreglaron en toda mi estadía, y el wifi que se cortaba. Además por el precio muy mala insonorización.

Tuvimos que ir solos, encontrar la habitación. la cuál no tenía el nivel que aparenta el hotel, no tenía ni frigobar. Las comodidades de la habitación dejaron mucho que desear.Cosas simples que por el precio que se pagó $ 11500 por una noche, deberían estar a corde a lo que representa el hotel. Una mesa de luz, una lámpara en la pared como luz de noche y con un interruptor adaptado...un destre, no vuelvo más

La habitación adaptada para discapacidad era incómoda para el ingreso y giro de la misma, en la misma no había ningún cesto de basura cosa que llamo mi atención, puse yo una bolsita, por el precio no me pareció tan completo el servicio

No responde al nivel pretendido

a pesar que me equivoque e inmediatamente lo comunique via mail me cobraron un dia mas argumentando que la correccion debia haberla hecho en booking pero ellos tampoco me lo avisaron a pesar de mi escrito. El desayuno era un desorden y libre sentada. La piscina era por turnos pero habia gente tomando clases de natacion de fuera del establecimiento.

La estadía es 70% mas caro que lo informado

el Hotel no tenia limpio el baño. la pileta y el spa no tiene garantizado el uso ya que es por turnos y el hotel estaba al máximo de ocupación. no tiene estacionamiento ni control de disponibilidad en la entrada para descarga de equipaje. si pagas por Hotels.com te cobran impuestos al pais y un 35% mas de impuestos . cuando haces el Chek aut tenes que pagar el IVA a el hotel. casi un 70% mas es por impuestos de estadia. A tener en cuenta para las proximas reservas
