"Gorgeous hotel, brilliant location. It is up caridiac hill so if you have mobility issues you may struggle. There are steps in through murphys bar which are easier 2 manage. Pool area is really lovely and there was no bother getting sunbeds as there are sun terraces as well with amazing sea views. Would definitely stay here again"

"Booking was simple, finding it was easy, great location (maybe not if you have mobility issues) and want to go to the front all the time. The pool was lovely, enough loungers although I don’t think the place was full so not sure what it would be like in the height of season (we visited beginning of May). Our room was very clean. Towels changed and bed made most days. The fan in the room was useless it was very hot at the time we visited but otherwise I suppose we can’t complain as it wasn’t sold as an air conditioned room I just don’t know if I’d cope in the height of season with the heat. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a room that you can book to shower in on the day of departure if you have a late flight which was ideal. Finally the breakfast was the only “disappointing” thing. It was ok to say the best. Not much on offer. The fruit selection was terrible, not sure if it’s because it wasn’t busy or not but it was so bad. The fry up bit was okay, a few meats and cheeses. The yoghurt was runny and to be honest it wasn’t great. I wouldn’t take the breakfast option if staying again but haven said that I would stay in the apartments again."

"We booked the studio, kitchenette and amenities were great. The room looks a bit smaller in real life than the photos. All studios are downstairs, I was hoping for a balcony for more privacy but it wasn’t a choice. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. Enjoyable stay overall."

"Spacious rooms which where spotless. The staff where very friendly and helpful. Being honest breakfast could of been better. The freshly cooked items where good . But some food items where dry through being under heat lamps to long."

"**Review of Plaza Azul** I’ve stayed at Plaza Azul a number of times now, and overall it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in a great location. The location is definitely one of its biggest strengths—close to everything you need—and the pool area is excellent. There are plenty of sunbeds available, and the pool bar facilities are very good, making it easy to relax and enjoy the day without having to go far. The hotel itself is fairly basic, which is typical for many places in Lanzarote, but it reflects the price. For what we paid for four nights for myself and two friends—it’s hard to complain. There are a few downsides. Extras like an iron, TV remote, and safe all come at an additional cost, which seems to be standard these days but still feels a bit excessive. I also requested a room near the pool area so we could easily enjoy the atmosphere from our terrace, but on multiple occasions we were placed further away, tucked into a quieter corner. Housekeeping could definitely be improved—the room wasn’t cleaned during our four-night stay, although towels were changed once. Overall, it’s a case of getting what you pay for. If you’re after a cheap, well-located base with a good pool, it does the job. Just don’t expect high-end service or extras included. **Rating: 3.5 / 5** ---"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , the Cinco Plazas was immaculately clean , has great facilities for all of the family to enjoy , the staff are most helpful nothing was too much . We booked here as we had a booking in another complex but it was so bad we left and went to the cinco plazas , I want to commend Esteban on reception he was so kind when he heard what happened he upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment, I would highly recommend staying here , it is a beautiful complex , our apartment was spotless and it was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided , the food at the pool bar was really nice and quite reasonable , we will be returning to the cinco plazas again next year and will most likely make our stay there every year"

"Great friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, but would have liked a double bed rather than 2 singles. Location is just perfect, a minute walk to the front. Would definitely return."
