Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it or putting decorations on it, then it is very hard to get up and down stairs. But the wait staff is really very nice, and the food is good.

Too much noise at night. People screaming at the pool late at night. Breakfast wasn’t the best. Orange juice was powdered, and the coffee tasted like water with milk. I had fried eggs and was served the yellow part.

The staff questioning whether your a guest each time you enter the hotel gets is odd. We could hear the loud music from neighboring businesses. Neighborhood a bit sketchy.

Near OK beach - Nice pool

Good food in restaurant, nice pool, across the street fron an OK beach that’s nice for walking - A number of ok little bars and restaurants within walking difference - I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times and it’s always consistant with clean rooms & good AC, good food in restaurant, nice pool - Only downside is it can be noisy until 1am on weekends if there’s a party at the pool area - Best to ask for one of the back corner rooms on 2nd floor if you want quiet

Comfortable and clean

Great stay, great location. Delicious breakfast although the evening meal (we dined in one night) mediocre. Use of bikes and kayaks a bonus. Will definitely stay again

Very nice hotel. The drainage system needs to be improved in the shower. A refrigerator also should be included in the rooms. I needed a refrigerator to store my insulin.

Convenient and clean hotel

The hotel itself is probably a three star but it is the best in the area. It is directly across the street from the ocean and has a beautiful view. The staff is amazingly hospitable and very nice.

an interesting getaway

This is a very nice hotel across the street from a fairly clean municipal beach. We walked the beach every day without any incidents. Puerto Cortes is a commercial port city, so there is a lot of ship traffic, unloading and uploading. You are not staying in what most "wealthy" tourists want, but the people are friendly and kind, the food is very good, and the pool was clean and nice. If you don't mind living with the locals and are not afraid to experience life away from your comfort zone, this is a great place. Don't expect the luxuries you are used to and you will be okay.

Cerca de la playa, desayuno limitado, caro.

El Hotel en general es regular, el personal es lento en la atención, les falta capacitación para atender al huésped. El desayuno de cortesía tiene pocas opciones de escoger, aburre muy pronto, el bufet me pareció decepcionante, ya que las opciones es lo mismo de la carta de desayunos sólo que se puede servir lo que se desea. Las habitaciones para dos personas son muy pequeñas. La alberca está bien, al igual que el área de ahí para comer, cenar o solo convivir. Los precios son caros para la variedad y cantidad que se ofrece. La cercanía a la playa es muy buena que está a sólo unos pasos. No es un hotel grande. El servicio de renta de bicicletas no está disponible porque no estaban arregladas las bicicletas, el kayak no es caro, pero no se ven resistentes al uso, preferimos no alquilarlo. La limpieza de las habitaciones en general es buena, pero no dejan en ocasiones toallas suficientes, jabón, o no sacan la basura. La terraza de las habitaciones de la planta baja, no tiene una separación que la haga más segura.

El hotel cuenta con todas las comodidades que uno busca, tiene piscina y acceso a la playa solo con cruzar la calle, buena seguridad en el parqueo y wifi en todo el hotel. Habitaciones cómodas y con aire acondicionado, es perfecto para estar en pareja o con la familia

This was a short stay, but I have recommended this hotel for the use of Missionary Teams coming to the area. It is convenient and comfortable. The pool is nice and the service is always ready to help. The rooms are on the small size and designed to maximize bed space.

es un hotel algo antiguo, parece que faltase por re modelar, cambiar tipo de ropa de cama a una premium de mejor calidad o nueva, la señal wifi es algo débil en varias habitaciones.. el restoran es bastante bueno y la ubicacion y vista muy buena!
