The rooms that say “lagoon view” and “marina view”, are actually completely different buildings on different locations -and not of back and front views as I thought-. So instead of the centric marina building that’s next to all shops, we ended up on a very far apart building on the lagoon side. While disappointed at first, it ended up being a great treat. Our room was direct to the pool and grills, giving the feeling of a private backyard. The lagoon was clear and nice to paddle around. The apartment was clean, excellent maintained and everything work well -including the ac-. My only complaints would be the jacuzzi not working -it seems silly, but for our family on vacation, is part of the experience- and that even when leaving the “please clean” sign on the door for two consecutive days, nobody came. Said all this, please feel free to make reservations in this properties, they are great and I’m sure you will enjoy the experience.

Great staff, location, room, and more!

The location and room was great! Better than we expected for the price. The facility is right next door to some amazing shopping and restaurants, plus the dophin experience was right there and very active. The staff was great and was able to provide us with airport transportation and a better price than was available online. Will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

Location at the Aventuras Club Marina is perfect - a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Our 2-bedroom condo was very spacious and the kitchen well equipped. View from the deck is beautiful. Alfredo was quick to respond on WhatsApp and made checkin a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

The apartment was well equipped, and cozy. I enjoyed the accessibility starting from the swimming pool , to the lagoon and then private beach, which you access kayaking. As a suggestion, it would be nice if the apartment had a washer and dryer. The attendants are very friendly, overall i would rate this at a 10 !

We love this place! My husband and I have been coming to Puerto for the past 10 years, twice a year. This was the most amazing and relaxing time we have had yet. We will most certainly return. This actual property was amazing other than a few things like the toilet leaking in the shower head being replaced… The Director is a very honest man, which makes a difference when you’re going out of the country… The property is beautiful. I got the deluxe apartment facing the marina and it was luxury. I would absolutely come here again. Be careful with the taxi drivers the police will extort you and everyone is out to get money from .. your best bet is to stay on the grounds or book anything outside of the grounds through the hotel to be safe

Beautiful area and very quiet. Lovely view from large patio. The condo was cleaned everyday and that was a great service to have while on vacation. The pool area was well kept and clean. The lagoon location has paddle boards and kayaks to use. The only negative was poor communication with directions to the condo and instructions on how to get to lagoon location. We were left at the residence location of Aventuras club instead of lagoon. Make sure you know which building you are in to avoid stress . The signage to building is poor and hard to see . I recommend staying there as long as you do your research.

Aventuras Club had experienced some recent storms going thru like many places and had lost some power. That power loss took out the elevator and pool pump. So needless to say, thru no fault of their own, we had to walk up stairs to the third floor, and pool was not especially clear during our stay. Plus we were originally to stay at the Lagoon building but they moved us to the marina building. There were some communication problems, so reason for 4 stars over 5. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably return and try again, as the place was very nice, close to town and easy access to facilities in the area.

Awesome "at-home" comfort.

Great space. Quiet and private yet less than 5 minutes walk to the fun and noise and people restaurant row. Best of both worlds is you need peace and quiet, yet good food and music/entertainment in a small little community. Great pool, spacious bedrooms, full stocked kitchen with even details that many condos don't provide like the cooking oil, drinking water, napkins, paper towels, salt pepper, sugar, candles out on the veranda etc. The little things add up. Great staff. Awesome cleaning ladies. Alfredo, the concierge bends over backwards in every way going over the top to accommodate and service guests. Attitude is everything and his is a plus. Aventuras Club is like a home away from home and I'll be back!

My partner Leanne & I had a wonderful time in Puerto Aventuras and the other areas of the region we were lucky enough to visit. The locals were very friendly and even with my poor Spanish communication was not a major issue. At no point anywhere we went did we feel insecure or unsafe. It is such a culturally rich and beautiful part of the world, it is difficult to do it justice with words. The place we stayed, Club Aventuras in Puerto Aventuras was spectacular. The condo was huge, modern and very peaceful. The bedrooms were big, bed was super king and very comfortable. Large fully stocked kitchen, open plan dining and living area. When we were at the condo it was hard not to make the most of the large outdoor terrace. It could be accessed from the master bedroom and living room. The view of the marina and out to the Caribbean sea was breathtaking. And the climate was perfect for sitting outside with a coffee and having quality time with one another. We absolutely loved the place and the welcome/farewell we had from Rodrigo, Alfredo and the team was something else. They are truly wonderful folks. Dan & Leanne (South Wales)

The marina view studio that we thought we were getting really didn't have a marina view. The view was obstructed by vines/trees that limited the view to a small hole in the trees. The view was of the bbq/patio area that was also obstructed. We ended up upgrading to a two bedroom at an extra cost to get a marina view. The new two bedroom unit(302) had a nice layout but could have had the master bathroom sink faucets and shower faucets upgraded. The shower faucet handle fell off. The sink faucets had limited flow issues and were loose. The blind over the sink in the kitchen was dirty and should be replaced. The outside patio door handle needed to be replaced as it was loose and you had to be careful not to pinch your hand when opening and closing the door. Other residents we talked to didn't have any problems and had only good things to say about their units. The problems with the faucets/taps were only unique to our unit to our knowledge. The laundry facilities are only available for the condo owners but not renters. The bbq grills were available but at an additional cost ($15 per day). Alfredo the manager,was very helpful in answering any questions about the area and in arranging alternate transport to the airport when our prearranged transportation didn't show up. We would stay at this property again if we didn't get unit 302.The property was over represented in the online description. Other than that, we enjoyed the local area and will probably return at a later date.

Great short stay for the two of us.

This was the perfect place to stay for three days before moving on for a workshop. The staff were all really helpful and the location was great for eating out choices. Probably not the best time of year given the sargasso covering all the beaches.

I had the 303 unit booked and on the day when about to arrive, our room was changed. We were looking forward to the upper unit and a larger patio. When I asked why our unit was changed, was told that the original unit would be ready until 4 or 5pm and check-in was for 3pm.
