El personal siempre fue muy amable. El entorno es tranquilo por las noches y favorece el buen descanso. La cercanía con el centro permite disfrutar de la gastronomía endémica de Atlixco y en general fue una gran experiencia. ¡Muchas gracias!

Me encantó el servicio que ofrece, el personal es bastante amable y el desayuno que nos ofrecieron está delicioso, lo único que no me gustó es que solo nos brindaron una cobija muy delgada siendo temporada de frío.

No llegue porque me cancelaron mi habitación ya que la habían sobre vendido las habitaciones y querían cobrarme 150 pesos más si no lo pagaba no me daban la habitación. Por esa razón ya no llegamos a la habitacion

El león no es como lo pintan

El hotel está relativamente cerca del centro, sin embrago, dista mucho de lo que aparece en las fotos promocionales. Si bien es pequeño, está muy descuidado. al menos en nuestra habitación. el baño, muy pequeño, literalmente se inundaba luego de utilizar la regadera y no había nada para poder secar. Hay que reconocer que el servicio de agua caliente estaba disponible a cualquier hora. Te incluyen un desayuno continental y la persona del restaurante es muy amable y atenta. En recepción hay una chica, que si bien muy agradable, dista de seguir cualquier protocolo; de hecho al llegar dije que tenia una reservación por 2 noches y sin preguntar mi nombre me dio la llave y me llevó a la habitación.

Llegamos y el baño de la habitación se encontraba sucio pero enseguida la chica que nos recibió fue a limpiarlo y lo dejo muy limpio, de ahí en fuera todo excelente

Una estadía decente a un precio también decente. Entiendo que el check-out sea a mediodía pero nunca me ha gustado que me llamen a la habitación para decirle que tengo que desalojarla.

Difícil para llegar, el estacionamiento muy muy muy estrecho en fila y solo para tres carros . Te cobran comisión al apartar y al llegar te cobran comisión por pago con TC así que efe, y viendo los cobros y comisiones ya no costo como lo ofertan, no hay nada nada al rededor para comprar agua o cenar

No me conquistó!

Azulejo del baño cabellos pegados por falta de mejor limpieza.Ocupé el 303 y es muy incomodo llegar con maleta gde. Poca señalización si llegas caminando de la calle x primera vez, y lo considero caro para lo que ofrecen.

La estancia fue tranquila, sin alborotos. No me gustó sábanas manchadas, un goteo constante de la llave de la regadera. Una fuga de agua, preocupante. Solicite una cubeta que servía para recolectar el agua de la fuga.

Esta cerca del centro de Atlixco caminando 10 minutos y del centro de convenciones además del mercado por lo que la ubicación es buena, en general la atención es amable pero un poco indiferente, había otros inquilinos con niños super ruidosos y la administración no hizo nada para pedirles que bajaran el ruido, también me gustó que son pet friendly, aunque el estacionamiento es pequeño siempre tuve que dejar mi auto en la calle, sin embargo por cuestiones fuera de mi alcance tuve que llegar a las 12:30 am en la madrugada y me dieron buen servicio. el precio es justo y en general diria que el servicio esta bien.

Tiene muchas carencias el hotel, regadera del baño inadecuada, falta espejo en lavamanos, está en regadera. Sábanas ya muy raidas. No poder pagar con tarjeta de crédito, solo efectivo, no dan recibo con membrete del hotel y la plataforma triplicó la reserva y mencionaron no habernos presentado. Están cobrando dos reservas, que no sabia de ellas. Ya me hicieron el cargo a la tarjeta, argumentando el no habernos presentado.

Nada que ver con las fotos que ponen, me mandaron al 3er piso todo completamente sucio, el baño muy sucio y sin agua caliente,,el hotel completamente descuidado. Nunca volvería.
