Me gusto toda la instalación del hotel, es un perfecto lugar para para pasar unos días en Cholula. Lo único que no me gusto fue la red inalámbrica ya que en la habitación no llegaba bien la señal. Fuera de eso todo estuvo muy cómodo, limpio y el personal muy amable. Volvería a hospedarme en este hotel nuevamente

Incomodo por los ruidos a media Noche y muy temprano del personal...y ruidos externos no descanse lo esperado...el jardín muy bonito para desayunar..

Agradable Hotel limpio y caluroso

Hotel limpio con camas comodas y buena ropa de cama blanca, por lo que pequeñas manchas son perceptibles, pero en general muy limpio, solo que las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado ni ventilador y en tiempo de calor es muy bochornoso. El baño en buenas condiciones y limpio. Tiene estacionamiento y las áreas comunes son agradables tiene un jardín muy bonito y arreglado, no incluye desayuno pero tiene restaurant con precios muy accesibles y rico desayuno. Esta un poco alejado del centro y en una zona habitacional algo obscura en las noches.

El personal en recepción realmente terrible.

Llegamos a las 11:00 para saber si podíamos hacer el Check-In ya que nos queríamos alistar para una boda. Nos dijeron que no era posible ya que el Check-In es a las 15:00, regresamos a las 16:00 y no tenían la habitación lista! Que tardaban entre 25min y media hora sin darnos alternativa, la persona de persona de recepción súper déspota y sin actitud de servicio. Cabe señalar que llegamos tarde a la ceremonia.
