Ok. Great location.

Good location. Friendly warm staff. But the music theme, cheap composer “portraits” and gaudy but tired colors were a bit much. Velvet headboards! Velvet cannot be cleaned. Great location!

My husband and I differ on our opinion of our stay here. He and I both liked it for the convenience and its proximity to the park (zocalo) and general area, such as close to Starbucks and also The Italian Coffee company. I liked how it was close to many shops to shop at. We were disappointed in the internet at this hotel. We had trouble connecting and staying connected. If you are in a situation where your smart phone didn't work or you had no service and needed wi-fi be aware that this may not be the best place for this reason. I had to run to Starbucks just to contact another family member someplace else through Whatsapp. The place is generally clean and the beds were comfy, I had no idea that they served breakfast here, something that the desk clerk in the small lobby didn't inform me. It is a light breakfast, and so if you are good with a ham and Swiss croissant with coffee--you should be fine. The bathroom was clean, but the towels are a little old/worn and the bathroom lacked floor mats.

The staff are very helpful and the hotel decor is fascinating. The rooms are spacious and there are comfortable places to lounge in the common areas. The coffee and breakfast at the hotel are also very good.

A very lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Puebla! The music and art theme are carried throughout the property, with classical music heard everywhere! Finally, background music that isn't head-throbbing! A fine hotel!

Let me tell you why we are disappointed. When we booked online the only question was do you need smoking or non smoking. there was no question/option about AC / non AC. First night we could not sleep even for a minute as the room was without AC . we talked to manager wo said there was no AC room available. second day with lots of request they gave us AC room but charged additional US $ 43 for a night. very angry.

A warning to all Americans. Do NOT stay at this hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia. They asked for my card upon my arrival, I assumed it was for incidentals. They charged me a second time. When I noticed the charge i confronted management. They said they would call Expedia and fix it. I ended up having to call Expedia only to find out the hotel never attempted to refund my money. Now I must wait 7 business days for my refund. I budgeted exactly what I needed for this trip and this hotel screwed me over big time. DO NOT STAY HERE. Aside from the double charging, the AC’s don’t work, room service is terrible, and there’s an extremely loud night club across the street that goes hard until 4am. Trust me, just find another hotel.
