We had a fantastic stay at Estrella de Belem. It's in a great area in Cholula surrounded by restaurants and very close to the pyramid. The rooms are lovely, exceptionally clean and the hotel has a little rooftop area to relax and enjoy the view of the church on top of the pyramid. Staff were wonderful. Can absolutely recommend.

I liked the location and atmosphere of the hotel. It was an old style mansion with very walkable access to all the main attractions. Including the Zocalo and the great Pyramid. Next to it was q very nice jazz club. Recommend it for travelers wanting to experience the authentic magic of this little town and have access to all the sites.

Beautiful property with inner yards, one adapted to the dining area, and the other one connecting the hotel rooms. Lovely and peaceful. There’s a small pool on the roof and the views are spectacular from there. Couple of steps from the pyramid and few blocks to the main plaza in San Pedro Cholula, incredible location. Enclosed parking was a big plus for us. Great service, friendly staff.

I was there for a wedding, so I didn't spend a ton of time at Estrella. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and coffee was better than expected (I have high standards, so no shade to Estrella). It does seem like a place where you can chill, that is just not what I was there for. Also, they have a iron/steamer if you ask!

A spacious room next to a courtyard with a helpful staff. The view both at night and during the daytime from the rooftop deck is fantastic. Sadly a cloudy day obscured the view of the volcanoes. Property is within walking distance of all of Cholula's main attractions. They do serve a very good breakfast in their attractive courtyard near the front desk, but it is a little difficult to understand from their hotel book in the room and website exactly how it works. Talk to the staff to clarify that. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Our 9 day stay at Hotel Estrella De Belem was wonderful. The restored building was an amazing mix of old (walls) and new (bathroom). The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The reservation through Expedia was problem free and allowed us to see room availability and the reservation was without issue. The hotel site has pictures that are as pretty as the actual hotel.
