El Encanto was a wonderful stay, we were there for a wedding, from the outside you could not imagine the beauty with in, it’s rustic and beautiful and great picture ops all around the hotel, if you get the corner room it has a balcony looking out to the cathedral and wow, the rooftop bar was where the wedding took place breath taking view of the cathedral and when lit at night wow, wonderful all around, only complaints I have to give bathroom in our room had water marks on the ceilings and walls, some rooms did smell a little damp or moldy from what I was told, steak at the reception did not meet anyone’s expectations it was tough and dry could not be cut or chewed at all, other than that the rest of the food an cocktails were delicious, Hotel is very centric everything is within walking distance, plenty of delicious restaurant all around

I read the reviews about ac not working properly so I made sure to ask about the ac. They assured me it was working. I left AC on Coldest setting and it never got cool. I let staff know the next day as well. Horrible sleeping experience when it’s hot. Overall the place is cool.

Needs Improvement

The air conditioning did not work. The room was hot, humid, and uncomfortable. In the morning I went to check out and was in the elevator with my luggage. The door closed, I pressed the button, and then nothing. I was trapped inside and had to call the front desk on my phone to get someone to come help me get out.

Bien ubicada, el edificio está muy interesante, habitaciones amplias sin embargo las sábanas daban picazón, las almohadas tenían mal olor entre sudor o humedad y para que salga agua caliente tienes que esperar mucho y hacer maniobras con las llaves del lavabo, en la mañana los recepcionistas nunca están y demoran en acudir al llamado

La ubicacion y la decoración es buena pero toenen pésima higiene, el dia que llegamos no tenian huespedes el hotel estaba cerrado y aun asi el baño tenía basura, la habitacion tambien tenia cosas tiradas, la atencion del personal fue muy mala , solocitamos la limpieza de la habitacion y no la realizaron. Decidieron cambiarnos de habitación lo cual agradezco pero tampoco estaba muy limpia que digamos.

No nos dieron controles para aire acondicionado y televisor, se fueron a pedir en dos ocasiones al "lobby" cuando nos los dieron, no servía el aire acondicionado y pasamos una noche muy calurosa; el estacionamiento no está en la propiedad, hay que quedarse en el de otro hotel; para hacer check out tuvimos que dejar las cosas sobre el mostrador pues nunca apareció nadie para entregar la llave y los controles... no nos sellaron el ticket de estacionamiento que nos dieron en el otro hotel (porque no había nadie) y tuvimos que pagar más de 200 pesos de estacionamiento...

Este “hotel” ODIA a sus huéspedes. Cero respeto al descanso o la comodidad en general de las personas. Para empezar NO tiene estacionamiento, este lo pagas por separado y está a cuadra y media del lugar. $13 pesos por hora más las pensión nocturna de $100 pesos. Esta propiedad cuenta con una terraza que actúa como restaurante y centro nocturno por lo que tus noches estarán llenas de ruido hasta la madrugada; solicité en recepción respeto al descanso y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada al respecto. Toallas rotas, pisos y baños con mal aspecto. Ruidos exteriores de la calle y un servicio al cliente PESIMO es lo que te espera en este lugar. Es una pena pues el lugar como tal pudiera ser muy bueno. No lo recomiendo ni un poco.

El hotel es bonito, sus habitaciones parecen cómodas sin embargo es imposible descansar. En la planta alta tiene una terraza/ restaurante/ bar con música a todo volumen y charlas así como carcajadas hasta la madrugada. A las 5:00 am ya estaban haciendo ruido en las instalaciones del hotel, el elevador solo funciona a veces, los lavabos están tapados así que todo se queda ahí flotando, nunca tuvimos agua caliente y al salir nos dijeron que debemos abrir la llave del lavabo para luego abrir la regadera! No teníamos papel de baño y lo llevaron al día siguiente, el frigobar no enfría, el ventilador tampoco y la plancha para la ropa estaba quemada así que mancha las prendas. Lo rescatable es que la catedral y el zócalo están cruzando la calle

La peor experiencia en un hotel poblano. Reservé una junior suite, llegué 2:45 y estando la habitación lista no nos dejaron pasar porque el acceso es a las 3, cuando abrimos la puerta no era lo que había reservado, peleamos una hora con el personal grosero y pésimamente preparado y terminaron poniendo un sofá cama, sin sábanas, para cubrir su error. La habitación tenía humedad, el baño y las sábanas moho. No es un hotel boutique, es solo un hotel más del centro con pretensiones, el edificio pudo ser “bonito” pero el personal lo acaba de hundir. Para colmo llegamos a las 2am y tuvimos que tocar la puerta 15 minutos en la calle sola y oscura antes de que Ia recepcionista nos abriera, de mal modo por despertarla. Es sin duda el peor lugar en el que me he quedado en Puebla.
